1576 Everything Going As Planned

The group stayed at the pond for two hours before leaving. Klaus and the others got a good epiphany thanks to the soothing feeling they got from the pond.

"Where are we headed now?" Reynolds asked.

"Finding my parents, and then helping them locate the Necromancers." Grey replied.

The group headed for the closest person, Grey could tell it was his father that was close to them, so they rushed towards his direction. Every person they encountered that was stronger than they were avoided, and the Necromancers that could be dealt with by them were taken care of, any one that was too strong was left alive, for the meantime.

It took a few hours, but they were able to meet up with Grey's father.

"Good to see all of you intact." Lucas said as he saw the four of them.

Grey nodded and quickly went to work, there were a few Necromancers around, and he didn't want to waste any time.

Lucas liked this and followed them. The Necromancer close was a Fifth stage Sovereign, and he was from a top fire Faction. A middle-aged man who had a long beard.

When he saw Lucas, he looked at him respectfully, and bowed to greet him.

"Don't worry, I don't take greetings from Necromancers." Lucas waved his hand and straight up killed the man, he couldn't even make a move before his figure disappeared.

Grey and the others were awestruck when they saw this, but that was not the only thing they felt, there was also unprecedented fear that sprouted in their hearts.

Grey had enemies, and his enemies have people on the same level as his father. If he encountered any of them alone, he was done for. There is no way he could fight back against someone like this.

Klaus and the others also felt the same thing in their heads, they had a lot of people who didn't like Grey particularly, and their connection to him, and also their ability to grow this quickly also made them targets.

'Who knew being special would attract so many enemies?' Klaus thought with a sigh internally.

With Grey's father in tow, the group moved faster, unafraid of alerting any one of their presence, the reason they weren't afraid was simple, the people they were hunting thought their identities was a secret, but with Grey around, he could fish out any of them.

They saw three Necromancers, all in the Second stage.

"We'll take care of these guys." Grey said and charged out. His friends followed suit, this was a good way to train themselves, even though they could beat these people, he still wanted to fight.

Lucas didn't speak and nodded, moving to the side to watch them fight. He ensured the ripples from the impact of the battle didn't spread out. A few minutes later, the group returned, all three Necromancers dead.

"Impressive, but I would've ended things faster." Lucas was impressed by their abilities, but he felt in situations like these, he should kill the Necromancers with one blow so they could head on to the next one.

The Necromancers are starting to gather, which means those hiding in a Faction will soon meet up with a few Faction members which will make killing them hard.

Grey understood this and nodded, he wanted to leave this place as soon as possible and sneak into the Gnome world. From the little information he has gathered from the Seventh Prince, the Gnomes are sending most of their top experts into this place. They've sent around thirty percent of their Sovereigns with the aid of the vessels.

Killing all the vessels would mean that Grey and his friends would've killed a good number of Gnomes without even fighting them.

If the Gnomes lost thirty percent of their Sovereigns, they would surely send everyone into this place.

There's no way to contact anyone here, so even if they can tell their fellow Gnomes are dying inside the vessels, they can't communicate that news unless they enter this world.

Before long, they soon found a vessel, this vessel was in the Sixth stage of the Sovereign Plane. When she saw Lucas coming, she bowed her head, however, the second she caught sight of Grey behind him, he raised his head to give him a deep glance.

"It's an ho…"

The lady was in the process of speaking when she noticed her vision fade.

Lucas killed her without even waiting to hear what she had to say. He was ruthless, Grey and the others were still learning compared to him.

"How many Gnomes do you think she carried?" Klaus asked, still a bit amazed by the fact that people could actually house Gnomes in their bodies.

"What does it matter, all of them are dead. I believe the Gnomes would've already noticed this. They will only react when three or four more are killed." Grey didn't care about the number of Gnomes present in the lady bodies.

"Let's move." Lucas stretched his hand and it was like the group felt their bodies being held by a powerful hand.

"Grey, direct me, we have to be quick." He urged.

Grey didn't argue and did as he was told. He didn't know the reason for his father's sudden urgency, but he felt they should hurry as well.

In the space of a five minutes, they've traveled thousands of kilometers, and they've killed over a hundred Necromancers in the process, a few of them were vessels.

Grey felt the urge to check with the Seventh Prince. With six vessels killed already, he was sure they would've been alerted by now.

….

The Gnome world.

The Seventh Prince was respected in the palace, even though he was the weakest amongst the Princes, it was common knowledge that he had the best talent when it came to cultivation. He has been excellent all his life, until he encountered Grey, the only blemish in his life so far.

In the Palace Hall, he saw a group of high leveled Elders rushing into the Palace's Hall.

"My Emperor, we have an issue." One of the Elders said with a grave expression.

"What's the matter?" The Emperor who was seated in a gigantic chair, even though he has a small stature asked with a calm voice.

"We've lost so many of our people. You know they sneaked into the human's God's tomb, hoping to come out unnoticed and kill humans from within their camp." The Elder explained, before tossing an item a large number of crystals on the ground, each one of them was broken.

"So many?" The Seventh Prince blurted out.

"Change the plan, everyone, into the God's tomb. Since there's a way to enter our world from that place, then we should go and welcome them." The Emperor said, rage could be heard in his voice.

He wanted the humans to pay for what they've done to his people. The humans were too lowly to be compared to them.

"Father, can I?" The Seventh Prince wanted to confirm if he can enter the God's tomb.

"None of the Princes should leave the Palace, for their safety." An Elder said.

When the Seventh Prince heard this, he frowned slightly but nodded. Internally however, he was beyond excited. Grey was the one controlling the Prince at the moment, and he didn't want a situation where the Seventh Prince or any other Prince wouldn't be in the Palace.

One of his aims in the Gnome world was to make the Seventh Prince the only one who can take up the position as next Emperor. As long as the Seventh Prince becomes the Emperor, then he automatically gets control of the Gnome world, which was a massive win for them.

The Emperor supported the idea as it would mean all his sons would be kept safe, away from the dangerous humans.

"Father, I heard Grey Dawson will be there." The Seventh Prince spoke with hatred.

"Don't worry, he won't leave there, alive." The Emperor said coldly

"Thank you, Father." The Seventh Prince thanked the Emperor before leaving the Palace Hall.

When he went outside, he encountered a few people, the news of all the Sovereigns entering the God's tomb was circulated and everyone knew about it. Within a few hours, most of the Sovereigns in the Gnome world were on their way to the God's tomb, but before then, they've received almost triple of what was confirmed the last time.

The anger of the Emperor reached the peak as he walked towards the God's tomb. Thirty percent of his army, his best fighters were there, and they were getting slaughtered without even being able to fight back. From what he could tell, they were being killed while in the vessels.

"Someone betrayed us, and we'll find out who even if it's the last thing we do. This was the only thought in his head, killing the person who betrayed them. Only Gnomes and Necromancers knew about this.
