Chapter 23: The Truth Hidden for a Millennium

That Saturday, Yuanyuan returned to her hometown. As soon as she got home, she heard from her mother that Chongfu Temple had excavated a stone tablet. It seemed to be an artifact.

When Yuanyuan heard about the stone tablet, an antique with time-honoured history, she immediately jumped up from her chair. Recently, she had no clue about the excavations in Yuxi. Perhaps, a silver lining had been delivered to her doorstep.

After Yuanyuan told her mother to call Jiang Xiaoqi, she ran over hurriedly.

Ten minutes later, Yuanyuan quickly arrived at Chongfu Temple. At that moment, the temple had all kinds of noisy townspeople talking about how there was an artifact. One after another, they rushed to see the attraction before the National Administration of Cultural Heritage came. They were bustling with noise and excitement, and the Buddhist monks weren’t very good at trying to manage the people. She saw Master Jingshan busily trying to maintain order with several other young monks.

Just as Yuanyuan was about to go up and ask Jiang Xiaoqi about the matter of the stone tablet, someone from the National Administration of Cultural Heritage arrived.

After receiving a message, the NACH had temporarily organized personnel to rush over from the city. The man leading the team had thick hair, a high nose, and deep eyes; he looked a bit like a foreigner. He was also leaning on a cane. His left leg seemed to have some inconveniences. Yuanyuan had heard the people in her office call him “Deputy Chief Gu”, and immediately connected it to a business card that Zhang Yueren had given her. Could that deputy bureau chief named Gu Wenlin be the Deputy Chief Gu in front of her? If so, it was really a coincidence.

Yuanyuan finally caught Jiang Xiaoqi. Before she could open her mouth, Jiang Xiaoqi said, “Whatever you have to ask me, I also don’t know. If you want to see what’s going on, just follow me.”

“Okay!”

After a while, people from the local police station also came. They handled the bustling mass of people, asking them to keep some distance before setting up a cordon near the Buddhist temple’s palace hall. Yuanyuan was able to stay at the scene because Master Jingshan claimed she was from the temple. After the people from the police station cleared the area, Yuanyuan saw Deputy Chief Gu taking the lead. He was itching to strike the frontlines with his cane. The remaining five staff members followed behind closely. Wearing special gloves, they had a tacit understanding to begin tidying up the stone tablet askew in the ground.

Originally, most of the stone tablets were buried under the corridor next to the back door of the palace hall. For many years, no one paid attention to this one. Moreover, the location of the palace hall was relatively remote. Prior to the renovations, it was never its turn to be discovered. This time, due to the overhaul, in order not to hinder the burning of incense in front of each main hall, the repairs had started from behind the palace hall. Who would have thought that this object would be dug up as soon as construction began.

When the workers saw the curved and twisted symbols on it that they couldn’t understand a single word of, they immediately called the person in charge of the repairs, Master Jingshan. When Master Jingshan took a look, he also didn’t recognize any of the characters. Fortunately, he was able to identify that it was a tablet inscription using Small Seal Script.1

When all was said and done, Master Jingshan wasn’t certain whether it was a cultural relic or not. Therefore, he called the National Administration of Cultural Heritage on the phone and took photographs to pass on to them. As a result, a team of people led by the deputy bureau chief had interfered.

“Deputy Chief Gu, you personally led a team here. It can be seen that this monument isn’t an ordinary thing. May I ask what is written on the surface?” Master Jingshan finally couldn’t help but ask curiously.

As soon as he opened his mouth, all the surrounding young monks as well as Yuanyuan immediately pricked up their ears, looking towards Deputy Chief Gu.

“This…” Deputy Chief Gu spoke unhurriedly, proceeding to carefully sweep the dust on top with a brush. “It’s a eulogy.” After saying this, the surrounding peoples’ expressions were all different.

Nevertheless, Master Jingshan inquired, “Is the person who wrote it or the person being memorialized more well-known?”

At this moment, Deputy Chief Gu had finished cleaning up a corner, which was the end of the writings. As the dust was swept away, the words of the inscription appeared.

“Widower Fu Yuanzheng.” Deputy Chief Gu slowly read the script on the surface out loud. His two thick eyebrows jumped up, but soon after, the space between his eyebrows pressed together. “Fu Yuanzheng?” He skillfully used his cane to support himself, standing up straight.

“Xiao Li, come, follow me to the princess and her husband’s shrine.” Deputy Chief Gu waved his hand and pointed at a young man, then shouted, “The rest of the people here, continue to clean up.”

As soon as Deputy Chief Gu left, Yuanyuan’s phone rang. She ran off to answer the call.

“Fu Beichen.” After saying these three syllables, a smile appeared on Yuanyuan’s face. “En, I went back home. In Chongfu Temple, a stone tablet was discovered. It seems to be a relic. People from the National Administration of Cultural Heritage came.”

“Stone tablet?”

“En, it seems that the engraving is a eulogy, and the inscription is ‘Widower Fu Yuanzheng’.”

Fu Beichen paused and said, “I’ll come right away, don’t leave, wait for me.”

Hearing that his voice sounded somewhat impatient, Yuanyuan was a little puzzled, but she felt very happy that she could see him soon. Although it wasn’t as bad as “one day apart feels like three years”, not seeing him made her miss him.

After hanging up the phone and turning around, Yuanyuan saw Master Jingshan staring at her intently. Then he pointed with his mouth towards her phone, “Your conversion target?”

Yuanyuan was stunned for a moment, then she understood and laughed, “Yes, ah.”

A young monk came to find Master Jingshan and he was dragged away again.

Half an hour later, Deputy Chief Gu and Xiao Li came back together. Both of them were beaming with joy. An older staff member immediately asked, “Any new discoveries?”

“Do you still remember the monument in the rear court of the princess and her husband’s shrine?” Deputy Chief Gu’s voice slightly trembled with excitement.

Everyone nodded.

“It is clearly recorded in the historical data that Princess Jiachun’s husband was Fu Yuanzheng, but why is the stone monument behind the princess and her husband’s shrine engraved with the name Fu Yuanduo? Because the name Fu Yuanduo could not be found in the historical materials, everyone back then guessed that the engraving might have been human error. But I’ve always believed that it shouldn’t be a mistaken name. Perhaps the emperor’s son-in-law changed his name? Yet there is no data that can prove it. So, this question has always been shelved in my mind until just now, when I saw the words ‘Widower Fu Yuanzheng’ on the stone tablet. I suddenly feel that perhaps it’s time to finally solve this historical puzzle.”

By the time Fu Beichen arrived, the majority of the stone tablet had been cleaned up. The text was preserved in good condition.

“Beichen?” Deputy Chief Gu saw Fu Beichen and was stunned.

“Lao Gu, hello.” Fu Beichen smiled and extended his hand.

Gu Wenlin took off his gloves and shook hands with him, “We haven’t met each other in three years, but I’ve seen all your various activities and achievements in the newspapers. Why did you suddenly come here today?”

“I heard that there is a stone tablet here, I’m very interested. Do you mind if I observe on the side?”

“Your information is really fast and abundant, ah. But, why are you also interested in stone inscriptions?”

“No, I’m only interested in the stories within.”

With that said, Fu Beichen waved at Yuanyuan, and Yuanyuan dashed over.

“Lao Gu, let me introduce you. This is my girlfriend Cheng Yuanyuan.” Fu Beichen was very earnest during this introduction.

When Gu Wenlin heard this, his mouth was wide open. But fortunately he responded quickly. He nodded to Cheng Yuanyuan and said: “At first I didn’t know that you were Beichen’s girlfriend, Cheng Yuanyuan. Forgive me. Hello, I’m Gu Wenlin.” He really was the Deputy Chief of the National Administration of Cultural Heritage.

“It’s an honour to meet the esteemed Deputy Chief Gu. I’m Cheng Yuanyuan, the editor of Chuancheng Magazine,” Yuanyuan responded politely.

“Chuancheng? Then you are Zhang Yueren’s subordinate?”

“Yes.” Yuanyuan watched Fu Beichen and thought in her heart, Now that it’s all reached this point, it’s better to push the boat with the current. Let’s board Gu Wenlin’s boat and facilitate thorough investigations from now on. After thinking about this, Yuanyuan said bluntly: “Lately I’ve been doing a report on Yuxi, and the content of the report mainly focuses on the princess and her husband’s shrine, the ruins, and the red bean tree. These days I am troubled because there is not enough information. In the end, this stone tablet appeared. Deputy Chief Gu, can you allow me to interview the whole process?”

Gu Wenlin considered for a while, then said, “Originally it would not be possible, but since you have Beichen’s face and due to Zhang Yueren’s reputation, I think it’s possible to make an exception.”

Hearing this promise, Yuanyuan rushed to express her thanks: “Many thanks, Deputy Chief Gu!”

Fu Beichen had watched her while she talked about the princess and her husband’s shrine. There was some kind of profound, deep thought drifting in his pupils.

At last, when night approached, the entire script on the stone tablet was recorded by archaeologists. When Gu Wenlin gave Fu Beichen the written text, he found that Fu Beichen’s hand trembled slightly.

As he slowly read those words, his complexion became whiter and whiter, even as white as the paper.

“Deputy Chief Gu, what’s written on it?” Yuanyuan clearly saw Fu Beichen’s sorrowful expression and couldn’t help but ask.

“The words written are about a man named Fu Yuanzheng who fell in love with a woman named Wan Yu. But later, the emperor bestowed a marriage to him, forcing him to marry Princess Jiachun as his wife. He failed Wan Yu to the extent that Wan Yu jumped into a porcelain kiln that was firing. She died in the kiln. Afterwards, only one jade spring bottle was fired from that kiln. Fu Yuanzheng found a Daoist priest and cut firewood for the priest for three years. After three years of doing this devotedly, the Daoist priest finally helped him cast a spell with blood. All his memories of Wan Yu were sealed in that jade spring bottle. Later on, his memory slowly faded away until his death. So long as the bottle is still here, for every reincarnation afterwards, he will carry these intact memories with him. He said that he would use every lifetime forever to search for Wan Yu until he found her…The last line of words, it’s too worn down, it can’t be seen clearly.” Gu Wenlin added regretfully that he was also moved by Fu Yuanzheng, but the whole struggle was an incident between people of ancient times thousands of years ago. For him, this stone tablet solved his doubts from that time. He could write a very lengthy report about it, something that made him even more emotional and excited. He felt that Fu Beichen’s reaction was too extreme and too unusual.

Yuanyuan listened to him speak for a long time. Her mind was getting a little hazy. “Jade spring bottle…Wan Yu…”

“Yuanyuan.”

“En?”

Yuanyuan turned her head, looking into Fu Beichen’s eyes. She was suddenly stunned. His expression was filled with deep remorse, yearning…

“I’m a little uncomfortable, we’ll go down the mountain first, okay?” He remembered, he remembered everything. Fu Beichen’s hands emitted a cold sweat. Every drop seemed to seep from the bottom of his heart. He hadn’t turned his back on her, but he hadn’t reached her side in time.

“Ah, okay.” Yuanyuan’s thoughts immediately turned to Fu Beichen’s discomfort. “Let’s go!”

Fu Beichen returned the piece of paper to Gu Wenlin and said that they would be leaving.

Yuanyuan took Fu Beichen to her family’s teahouse. On the way down the mountain, Fu Beichen gradually calmed the tumultuous emotions in his heart.

He thought, whatever the case, he had already found her. This time, he wanted to treat her well until the end of his life. In this lifetime, he would give her everything.

Dai Shufen couldn’t help being taken aback when she looked at the two that were brought in. Yuanyuan was concerned about Fu Beichen, who was unwell, so she didn’t notice the strange expression on her mother’s face. Fu Beichen nodded to Dai Shufen and said, “Hello, Bomu.2 I’m troubling you again.”

Calling her “bomu”, this relationship was finally made clear.

Dai Shufen also nodded at him. At present, she had some feelings in her heart that she was unable to say. Of course Fu Beichen was excellent enough, but for a long time now, she had always thought that Yuanyuan would be together with Cheng Bai. What’s more, Fu Beichen was in the generation where he was Cheng Bai’s uncle.

But Dai Shufen saw that Yuanyuan was very considerate towards Mr. Fu. With one intent glance, she could only shake her head and think, So long as that child likes him herself, then it’s good.

Dai Shufen steeped Fu Beichen a cup of tea and brought it over.

Fu Beichen expressed his thanks, lowered his head, and took a sip. He raised his eyebrows, “Wuyi que she?”

Dai Shufen truly admired Fu Beichen’s proficiency in tea and couldn’t help but say, “Compared to you, this child Yuanyuan really…doesn’t understand anything.”

Fu Beichen looked towards the frowning girl and said word by word, “What does that matter? If she doesn’t understand something, and she can’t, I understand, and I can do it. Whatever she wants, I’ll get for her.”

Yuanyuan felt in her heart that when Expert Fu used sweet talk, he was also at an expert level in this…

That day, Fu Beichen finally stayed at Yuanyuan’s house for dinner. When he was leaving, Yuanyuan saw him off. Fu Beichen’s car was parked under the locust tree beside Tianping Bridge. The tree was very big, and it was unknown how long it had been growing. The shade of the tree completely covered the multicoloured sunset on the horizon.

Within the twilight, there were not many pedestrians coming and going.

“Yuanyuan, you didn’t ask me why I couldn’t endure my emotions when I saw the words on the stone tablet.”

Yuanyuan thought deeply for a while. “That story…does it make you feel as if it happened to yourself?”

Fu Beichen looked at the person in the unclear light, and he said gently and slowly, “Yuanyuan, if I said I was Fu Yuanzheng, would you believe it?”

Yuanyuan was stupefied. Because she was so surprised, it was hard to imagine. After a while, she nodded honestly. Then, she suddenly recalled the name he had murmured the first time he kissed her. “Then am I…Wan Yu, or do I just resemble her?”

“The one I love is you.” He reached out and embraced her softly.

Yuanyuan smiled, rested her face on his shoulder, and asked in a low voice: “Beichen, I want to take a look at that stone tablet again, can you accompany me?”

Fu Beichen lowered his head. He leaned close to her hair and gently dropped a kiss, then replied, “Okay.”

At this time, the temple was very peaceful. The people from the National Administration of Cultural Heritage had all left, and the monks were in the main hall doing their evening courses. The sound of them chanting sutras burst in their ears, like the mountain road twisting around each new peak, continuous and unending.

When they approached the stone tablet, Yuanyuan felt the hand pulling hers tighten slightly.

She looked up at him and said, “Just now, I thought about it the whole way. Even if you have Fu Yuanzheng’s memories, you are no longer him. For the Fu Yuanzheng who owed Wan Yu, no matter how he used his loneliness and desolation lifetime after lifetime to seek redemption, the original Wan Yu can’t come back. Even if, in the end, his virtuous achievements came to a successful conclusion, they are no longer the same two people that they were in the beginning. Before, I asked you if I was Wan Yu. Regardless of whether you said yes or no, I wouldn’t have been happy. Fortunately, you gave me the best answer.”

When Fu Beichen heard these words, he was stunned first, then looked at her with a sense of understanding.

Looking at him, Yuanyuan curved her eyes and smiled, “Let’s go, it’s just ahead.”

Fu Beichen didn’t speak, but held her hand even tighter. Together, they walked over to the stone tablet’s excavation site.

Just when the two walked to the side of the temple’s palace hall, a black cat jumped over the scaffolding above Yuanyuan’s head, producing a crashing sound. In an instant, Fu Beichen wrapped his arms around her and turned them around abruptly. Yuanyuan was scared. Instinctively sensing the danger, she wanted to push him away, but at that moment Fu Beichen’s body was tightly wrapped around her. He was using his hands to protect her head.

She heard the sound of a steel pipe hitting the ground heavily, and at the same time, the person in front of her seemed to be hit hard. He staggered forward, then fell to the ground, rolling to the side with her in his arms.

“Beichen?!”

Fu Beichen’s hands loosened and slowly slipped to her waist. Yuanyuan moved away frantically, sitting up to look at him. She saw blood continuously dripping from his head, but he looked straight at her and whispered softly: “Are you alright?”

“You…” Yuanyuan’s tears flowed down. Looking at the blood that continued to flow unceasingly, her heart nearly stopped beating. She grabbed his hand in her own, trembling, and hurriedly fished out her phone from her pocket. She kept telling herself she had to calm down and quickly find Jiang Xiaoqi in the temple to come over for first aid.

“Don’t worry, I won’t have any problems…don’t cry…” Fu Beichen lifted his eyelids and kept watching Yuanyuan, but his voice was obviously weaker than before.

Jiang Xiaoqi was startled when he received the call and hurried over with the temple’s first aid kit. Seeing Jiang Xiaoqi’s figure vaguely, Fu Beichen slowly closed his eyes, his breathing became lighter, and he gradually lost consciousness.

Before he fell into a coma, a sentence flashed in his mind, and he couldn’t tell if it was from a memory in his previous life or this life—

As long as he was alive, he would willingly sacrifice his life to save her, would willingly bear all disasters for her.

A fireball was falling from a high place.

“Fu Beichen, save me!” Yuanyuan shouted mournfully.

Fu Beichen wanted to rush over, but his whole body seemed to be tightly bound by something. Every movement brought a splitting pain to his bones and heart. He was completely unable to move.

When that fireball hit the stone tablet, it would engulf Yuanyuan. He turned pale with fright, reaching forward and grabbing—

“Beichen, you’re awake! You’re awake!” He heard a voice from both near and far drifting into his ears. Fu Beichen frowned, feeling that his hand was being grasped tightly by another, slightly cold hand. This kind of touch, he was very familiar with.

He moved his lips and wanted to call Yuanyuan, but he couldn’t make a sound.

After another day, he was completely awake.

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have dragged you to see the stone tablet. It’s all my fault.” Yuanyuan peeled the apple with her eyes drooping down, blaming herself immensely.

“No, I want to thank you for giving me the chance to be a hero.” Fu Beichen’s eyes held a reassurance, and he raised the corners of his lips and smiled.

“You’re still talking! You scared me to death.” Yuanyuan was not amused by his jokes at all. She felt that she had never been this frightened before.

Fu Beichen saw her expression and wanted to reach out to comfort her, but he didn’t want to tear out the needle.

“Aiya, don’t move!” Yuanyuan put down the things in her hands, turned around, and placed a hand on him. “Alright, I’m fine, you just really scared me.” Yuanyuan forced herself to squeeze a smile out.

“This smile is not nice to look at, smile one more time.” Fu Beichen felt distressed seeing the dark circles under her eyes. He knew that she must have taken care of him without stopping to sleep or rest.

“My smile won’t come out. The doctor said you will have a scar on your forehead.” Yuanyuan knew that he was trying to make her feel happy, but she was still incapable of smiling.

“So, I will become disfigured, and then you will shun me…” Expert Fu showed a “how can this be good” expression.

A piece of sliced apple was stuffed precisely into his open mouth. His tongue, intentionally or otherwise, swept across her fingertips, causing Yuanyuan to blush all of a sudden.

After feeding him piece by piece until he was finished eating, she turned around and pulled out two pouches of tea leaves from the drawer. “My mother came to see you and brought you two packets of tea. I don’t know what kind it is, you can drink it yourself.”

Fu Beichen glanced at her. His eyelids were slightly restrained, and the corners of his mouth were smiling. “In ancient times, there was tea as a betrothal gift. This is because tea trees cannot be transplanted, otherwise they will wither and die. So, giving tea means that there will be no changes for a lifetime.”

Although Yuanyuan hadn’t heard of it before, she still clearly understood his meaning. Her face turned even redder, and after a while she responded: “En, then accept it properly! Someday, I’ll marry you.”

Fu Beichen stayed in the town’s hospital for two days, then he transferred to a major hospital back in Jinghai for a comprehensive examination. Apart from the excessive blood loss and minor concussion that were diagnosed before, there weren’t any other problems, and Yuanyuan finally felt relieved. Fu Beichen had no plans to stay in the hospital, so he returned to his residence that day. He didn’t inform Professor Fu about the matter of his injuries in order to avoid worrying his old man.

Yuanyuan naturally requested a leave from work to accompany him throughout, but regarding Fu Beichen’s way of being neat and tidy, she was actually somewhat discontent.

“I’m fine, really.” Entering the hospital elevator, Fu Beichen lifted the hand he was holding firmly and planted a kiss on her palm. With such a tall and upright man performing such a tender gesture, it inevitably attracted many eyes in the elevator.

Yuanyuan bowed her head and warned a certain someone softly: “Ahem, you have the right attitude.”

In response to this, Expert Fu squeezed her hand softly.

That morning, Yuanyuan received a phone call. It was from Gu Wenlin’s assistant, saying that Deputy Chief Gu had asked her to pass some resources on to Yuanyuan. As a result, Yuanyuan obtained a lot of first-hand research materials pertaining to the historical sites in Yuxi.

Yuanyuan thought, This must be a greeting from Fu Beichen. She wanted to call him, but she thought about how he was currently on a business trip in Shanghai. She wouldn’t disturb him for the time being, instead waiting for him to come back.

Pudong District, Shanghai. Rose Garden Public Cemetery.

Presently, the rose garden was very quiet, with occasional winds sweeping by. The whirring sound of the wind was very fresh and clean. On the neat rows of tombstones, everyone was smiling in their photographs. It was as if, whether one’s life was smooth or rough, it all resulted in a happy ending.

Fu Beichen stood alone. In her photograph, Zhao Jue also looked at him with a smile. After standing for a while, Fu Beichen put down the white chrysanthemum in his hand.

“I never thought you would come here,” a voice sounded. It was Shen Yu.

Two pairs of eyes looked at each other. Fu Beichen said, “I’m in Shanghai for a business trip, so I just came to see her.”

Shen Yu said in a gloomy, slow voice, “Thank you, today is her birthday.”

“En.” Fu Beichen still remembered.

“My older cousin was outstanding since childhood. I always felt she was the most perfect person in the world. In my childhood, she taught me to draw and how to quickly solve those arithmetic problems. When I was older, she took me to buy beautiful clothes and taught me how to dress. Whenever she got something good, she always shared half with me. In the teachers’ mouths, she was the best student, and my uncle and aunt’s pride. However, no one found out that she had such severe depression, even I…”

As she spoke, Shen Yu began to sob softly. Although she had tried her best to endure it, her shoulders still continuously trembled, shaking very slightly. Fu  Beichen reached out and held her shoulder.

Shen Yu thought of that blog again, where in it, Zhao Jue appeared anxious, paranoid, and world-weary.

She had sought psychological intervention for some time, but it was without success. She really did like Fu Beichen, but that kind of liking was warped. She put their picture together inside her wallet, fantasizing that he was her boyfriend. Fu Beichen had always treated her politely, but had never been moved by her. This aggravated her emotions more, and it eventually became the last straw that broke the camel’s back. She had turned that straw into the main reason.

She wanted someone to remember her.

“I’m sorry.” Fu Beichen couldn’t find better words. He was incapable of repaying Zhao Jue’s feelings, and on that day he couldn’t save her, either. Shen Yu knew that he wasn’t saying these words to her, so she didn’t respond. The two were silent for a while. Shen Yu raised her hand to wipe away the tears at the corners of her eyes, and Fu Beichen also withdrew his hand that was supporting her.

Shen Yu immediately felt the warmth on her shoulder recede. A chill arrived.

“Senior Brother, can I ask you one more question?” She asked him last time if he remembered Zhao Jue. This time, she wanted to ask why his heart hadn’t moved, and why it only moved for that person.

“Why do you like Cheng Yuanyuan?”

Fu Beichen thought about it. “In all one’s life, you will come across many people that are suitable to be with. But there are not many, only one, that can genuinely make you feel that only with this one person, this lifetime will not be lonely.”

These kinds of words really let people give up hope. Shen Yu forced a smile. “But I also know that not everything I want can be obtained through hard work. Senior Brother, I have already applied to go to Michigan State University in America at public expense. If my application is approved, I will go over there next year.”

“Good, I wish you all the best.”

“Thank you. I wish you guys happiness too. Senior Brother, you go first, I still want to stay for a while.”

Fu Beichen nodded, said goodbye, and left alone.

Shen Yu watched his retreating back. Her eyes hung down, her dark eyelashes covering her pupils. She was originally just a spectator, but after watching for a long time, she unwittingly fell in. Appreciation, admiration, and then adoration was born in her heart. But she knew: In all her lifetime, she would never say these words to him. Because she understood clearly, it was impossible. The only thing she could do was keep her pride.

Ancient Chinese characters look different from the traditional and simplified Chinese characters we use today. Small Seal Script, or Qin Script, is a form of Chinese calligraphy that was used during the Bronze Age in China (3300 BCE to 1200 BCE). There are many styles of Ancient Chinese characters—Small Seal Script is just one of them. Return.Bomu is another way of saying “Auntie”, but it has different connotations. Previously, Fu Beichen used a more general term when he called Dai Shufen “Auntie” (ayi). Calling her bomu now implies that Yuanyuan and Fu Beichen have established a relationship. Return.
