Fallen Hero System

It has been seven long years of arduous training and working. The village in this time has been prospering more than I could have imagined.

The reason that the village has reached the hight of almost a small township is due to the fact that we found a peculiar plant that relaxes the body… Sound familiar? Well it is Weed.

This makes a great export for the village and we have found that orders are reaching a hight we almost are unable to reach.

Though due to this change in the economy of the village, we had to find other means to leave and I got the Mayor to trick these knumb-skull friends of mine by saying they could use the political backing so that we aren't flattened by somebody that wishes to do the village harm.

Besides we could also se as much money we can get our hands on, Weed doesn't grow in the snow and it basically snows seven months a year and that is not good for our 'crops' because we can only get out a limited amount in five months of hard work.

Going along with the idea the Mayor gave me I also found that a fallen noble had 'gotten' his hands on the information of our 'crops' and attempted to steal it from us with what little troops he had, though at the same time he had 'gotten' information that our defenses were worthless.

That was his downfall as he arrived at the gates and demand the 'crops' of our and in exchange he wouldn't raze the village to the ground.

Me and my team had made quick work of him afterward.

And now my team knows they have reason to leave. So they agreed with little resistance.

Looking at them fight I can tell that they were stronger than I could have hoped for them to become. Each could make quick work of a 2nd Class Danger Beast and with some serious effort they can get rid of a 1st Class Danger Beast each.

This means even with my training regime they are on equal footing with their selves from the anime, but even so unlike from within the anime the will they have far exceeds most and they have several other skills that can help them in their future so no need to fret.

Though I have not tested I'am sure that I could take out a Super Class Danger Beast… While my partner Nanami could fight and win against a 1st Class. Everybody was at their peak ready to go and curb-stomp the Capitol of the Empire.

This was not only confidence stemming from their skills and stats but also the equipment I have decked them out in.

All are wearing separate clothes that matched their own style:

Tatsumi was using the outfit that was worn by Kirito in SAO the outfit was as black as can be and was equipped with the sword on the back side. He rocked the outfit almost as good if not just as good as KJirito did when he wore it himself back in Aincrad.

Sayu can be scene wearing the outfit worn by Alphard from the anime Canaan it was a purple trench coat over her black top that left her belly exposed and black pants that stretched to her military boots.


Ieyasu, I just gave him the outfit of Smoker from One Piece and called it a day, though out of them all he liked his the most.

I myself was wearing the usual Black Konoha Flack Jacket while I work and in my free time I just wear street clothing from back on Earth.

Though the clothing was still only secondary as we just wanna look good as we work, as the main reason is the weapon I have given to them all.

Tatsumi was unlucky and didn't have an Imperial Arm to use as of now because I refused to give him the Death's Harold: Executioner, so I have decided to help him out in finding a proper Imperial Arm to help him out. Though for now he is using my re-make of the Dark Repulser that was used by Kirito.

Sayo was equipped with Seraphim's Hand: Piercer as the weopn made contact with her and recognized her skill level and the fact that she was fairly cute. 'Even though Ieyasu and Sayo got together and are a couple'

Ieyasu got his hands on Minotaur Axe: Mountain Crash after I had made the missing pieces from the Heavy Weight: Continent Crush into the weapon so as to help with recreating it. Thought the weapon weighs far more than ever before the weapon's weight seems as a joke to Ieyasu after the weapon accepted him as it's master.

Now that they were ready with a reason and had good equipment the three of us had decided to set off for the capitol in the beginning of winter not long after the snow had stacked high up and covered the surroundings.

But taking a look out the window, the three of us unanimously decided it would be best to wear warm jackets until we don't need them anymore.

"You all ready? We are leaving within the hour, so make sure your bags are packed!"

Hollering out to my friends I grab my stuff and double check to make sure that we are not lacking anything for our travel to the Capital of the Empire.

Watching all three of them gather their bags and double checking them alongside me I also looked over their shoulders and took a gander at their items akin sure they packed the essential and left behind that which isn't needed or can be replaced easily.

"Ieyasu, I don't think you need that hammer or that empty picture frame you made. As for the pillow, leave it and just use spare clothes to rest your head on."

"Sayu, more preserved food like smoked jerky and crackers with less vegetables as we'll eat them before we set off and also eat whatever we find or trade for along the way."

"Tatsumi, I don't think that you need all the extra bags as there isn't even anything in them. And no I don't care if you are gonna use them to pedal goods around, we aren't traders but travelers."

"Nanami, why do you insist on wearing that saddle? I'm not gonna ride on it anymore, you need to preserve energy for the long walk and battle if need be… Fine, just don't look at me with those eyes!!" 'Still so cute! Even if you are over three meters in size!'

After giving a minor amour to the lot of them I decided to look through my stuff once more and had found no excess or smuggled goods. Can't trust them after they decided to stuff my bag full food that one time, after all they are still teenagers.

"Alright the lot of you! Time to get to the front gate! ONWAR-" *THUMP*

"You damn brats! You don't even plan on letting me see you off huh! I may just be old but that doesn't mean that you are not the kids I have spent the past years of my life raising! You don't know any shame, especially you Rei!"

"Geh! Sorry Granpa, I appologie."

While being scolded by the Mayor I put on quite the pitiful face as I knew that I was in the wrong, he did in fact raise me all these years and help me when I needed it most so he holds a place in my heart.

"Heheh! Serves you right Rei, you do need some medicine once in a while. Why not have Sayu make it next time though?" Tatsumi decided to rub salt in my wounds.

"Hah~ I knew that you would probably drag us off without calling the Mayor so I took the liberty to do so." 'Sayu you traitor!'

"Yeah, sorry Mayor. We were about to leave and I had no clue that you didn't know." Ieyasu was apologizing alongside me as he was a kind hearted guy.

"Ha! Just listening to you three bicker truly reminds me of your youths. Since that time the four of you have reached great heights in not only the skills that you have taken up but also your skills in battle and courage. The jobs you have done for the village up to this point can never be returned to you within your lifetime already and yet… Here you are, about to journey to the Capital in search of power and money so as to help us… There are no words I can say to express my inner joy… Especailly to you, Rei as you are like a grandchild to me and have shown the best results. You are a Hero to this village. Thank you."

"Pft~ Hahaha! Grandpa, you have no need to thank me. I'am doing all of this just because I want to and I didn't want to then there isn't a person in this world that could change my mind. So it is alright and there is no reason to give me thanks."

"Yes, Chief! Leave it to us, we can make this village prosper!" Sayu seemed to be quite pumped up, unlike her usual self. "If we do that, then nobody will starve or be killed." Ah, there we go~.

"Well it'll take about 10 years to make this Ieysau here famous and well known, so no biggy!" Ieyasu was full of himself as always.

"Ieyasu'll probably break the rules and get the guillotine first though." 'Ahh~, the morbid Sayu is truly showing herself today!'

"Sayu! Why you little, STOP SAYING THINGS THAT MIGHT ACTUALLY HAPPEN!!"

"If you're aware of it yourself then fix your habits of oversleeping and binging on food whenever you see it. I'd bring up your sense of direction but you fixed that a couple years ago!"

"GAH~!"

Ieyasu and Sayu were really getting into it today, wonder if something happened?

As they get at it me and Tatsumi are left in the background alongside the Mayor/Chief as some refer to him still.

"Here you go Tatsumi, Rei had gotten one many years ago but this is for you and those two. It's a final parting gift from me…"

Tatsumi grabbed what seemed to be a recreation of the figuring of our 'God' of the village and looked back at the Mayor "When the time come… Sell it, right?"

"NO!!" Granpa nearly blew my ears out as he yelled into my ear that time.

"Keep this with you at all times. God will surely save you!"

With these final words the Old Man turned around and made his way back home, though I can tell his head was slightly tilted up as if to prevent something from dripping.

Unknowingly a tear formed in my eyes as well.

Taking hold of the Idol from Tatsumi I held it and put it into my inventory.

With this we began the story anew.

Akame Ga kill… What will change with me around, I wonder what?

Taking one last look at our statuses so as to get an idea of where we lay I walk alongside my friends and hope that we are not walking to our deaths.
