Although the translator has mentioned it as Chapter 61 according to novel updates ( https://www.novelupdates.com/series/forced-to-marry-the-enemy-prince/ ), it is actually Chapter 32 according to the novel. The reason for this is because a chapter has been split into two.  So I’m going to continue the translation from chapter 33 and name the chapters accordingly.  ( I’m not continuing it as  the previous translator had because I find it confusing and also it will result in more than 200+ chapters which will become a turn off for anyone who feels like reading the story)
