Chapter 662: Visit.

Gu Shuiyao already arrived at her home before she knew it.

She pushed the cart into the elevator and pushed the button of the floor where their house was.

She pushed the cart to the door, changed her shoes before walking in.

There was generally only one household per floor and all the extra places in front of the elevators was considered theirs.

People generally would put their shoes or umbrella there.

The elevator floors were attributed to different households and were protected with fingerprints and passwords so people couldn’t enter your floor willy-nilly.

Moreover, there was a security team of no less than 20 people who watched around the community 24 hours a  day so it gave the residents some peace of mind.

Yang Shu ran up to her the moment Gu Shuiyao walked in.

“Chen Huan arrived! I’ll go down to pick him up!” She said to her mom.

“Oh? He’s already there?” Gu Shuiyao looked at the time and saw it was 10 am, “Do you want mom to come with you?”

“There’s no need, you can help aunty Wang with the dishes instead!” Yang Shu put on some shoes at the door, “We’ll be back soon!”

Aunty Wang was a distant relative from Gu Shuiyao. She stayed there to clean and cook as well as take Yang Shu to school.

“Alright, be quick!”

Yang Shu gave her a wave and pushed down the cart to the elevator with her.

Gu Shuiyao trusted her little girl as she was smart and careful.

Zhu Mei said during the last meeting for the cast that Yang Shu understood social interaction even better than Gu Shuiyao, which made her very happy but also worried.

“Excuse me for the bother Mrs. Yang.” Chen Huan passed a bag to her, “This is a little gift, I hope you like it.”

The bag Chen Huan handed to her wasn’t very big and would at most hold a beauty product.

Gu Shuiyao quickly took it and said, “Look at that, you even came with a gift… I didn’t even thank you for taking care of Yang Shu yet!”

“Mom~~~, open it up!” Yang Shu urged her with a smile.

“Silly, how can you be so impolite? How can you open the present in front of the guest?” Gu Shuiyao squeezed her cheeks.

“Open it quickly! It’s something good!” Yang Shu insisted.

Gu Shuiyao was surprised but that caught her attention.

She glanced at Chen Huan who was putting on slippers and he said, “You can open it.”

She opened it and saw a little brown bottle inside.

There was no tag on it but it looked like a beauty product.

Yang Shu took it from her and opened the bottle.

Gu Shuiyao instantly smelled the fresh fragrance from it.

It wasn’t something that smelled like chemically induced but from nature itself.

She couldn’t tell which flowers it was but there were definitely a lot of them.

She suddenly felt her body relax after smelling it and felt less pressure on her nerves.

“Wow! It’s really the Lunar Ointment!” Yang Shu had a satisfied smiled, “Thank you Chen Huan!”

She didn’t know when this silly girl changed her way to call him Chen Huan from Teacher Lu.

Considering the fact that Yang Shu was very smart emotionally, Chen Huan knew this was probably a way for her to express she wanted to feel closer to him so didn’t stop her.

In Chen Huan’s opinion, Yang Shu resembled Zhang Chuchu.

Zhang Chuchu, who was 16 years old, acted more like a kid than Yang Shu.

“You’re welcome.” Chen Huan replied with a smile.

“What is Lunar Ointment?” Gu Shuiyao was confused.

“This is a sacred item created by Chen Huan!” Yang Shu said, “I heard from Aunty Mei, Sister Qian and Sister Yiyi that it’s great for women! They said with prolonged use, your skin will be as smooth as a baby’s!”

There was no need to doubt Zhu Mei as she was practically the godmother of Yang Shu now.

She also said many time before that if she ended up with no spouse or children in the future, she would be willing to leave everything to Yang Shu.

Let alone who was backing her, Zhu Mei’s status alone in the film industry could give Yang Shu more opportunity and resources.

They all loved the talented and cute Yang Shu so they were often in contact.

The only drawback was they all thought that Yang Shu wasn’t acting like a kid as her answers would be very adult-like.

Her relationship with Chen Huan was equally as good.

So she asked for some from Chen Huan when he was in the US but Chen Huan couldn’t give it to her since he wouldn’t make a trip back just for it so that was why it took so long before she could get it.

Although Gu Shuiyao didn’t know what Lunar Ointment was, she knew it was precious by how many celebrities sought after it and also trusted something made by Chen Huan.

Gu Shuiyao felt warm when she thought of how her daughter requested it for her.

“Thank you for the gift, Teacher Lu.” Gu Shuiyao gave her daughter a kiss and took the bottle back.

A smile appeared on her pretty face as she said, “You two can hang out and watch TV, I’ll go cook and let you taste some of my cooking today!”

“Alright, sorry for the bother.” Chen Huan gave her a smile and followed after Yang Shu.

Gu Shuiyao gave a good impression to Chen Huan as he felt she was the model mom, gentle and virtuous.

However, Chen Huan felt a hint of sadness from her but didn’t know whether it was him who saw it wrong.

They barely took a couple steps before Gu Shuiyao’s phone rang.

Gu Shuiyao looked at the caller ID but it was a number she had never seen before.

She answered the phone after she thought about it.

“Hello… Yes, I’m Yang Chi’s wife… what!?”

Yang Shu immediately turned her head around when she heard the surprising scream.

She saw the panic on the face of her mother.

“Ok… Ok… I’m coming… right now…”

Gu Shuiyao’s face turned pale.
