Misaki and I were in front of the mall. She did complain on our way here since we were walking under the hot summer sun but with there’s no way around that, there’s nothing I can do.

When I walk around with Misaki, I have to do my hair properly because she will complain all the time otherwise. That’s why my hair is in Kamishiro Kousei style right now.

“Hoehh, it’s so big!”

“Well, this place has a bookstore, clothing stores, and an arcade, all in one after all.”

“Really! Then maybe they will have the clothes I want too……”

“There’s a lot of stores here so if you look hard enough I think you should be able to find pretty much anything…..Rather, if we can’t find the ones you like we won’t have enough clothes for your stay right. Let’s go check it out.”

Misaki is currently wearing the clothes she wore to my apartment yesterday. Since she planned to buy new clothes here, she only brought her school uniform for the open house and the one she is currently wearing.

When I asked her what she plans to do if we can’t go out today, she said that she would have me go out and buy some for her. Since it would be embarrassing for me to buy women’s clothes alone, I intended to come here with her even if the weather is a little on the rough side.

“……I can’t choose. There’s so many! Pick some for me, Onii-chan!”

“Ehh……I might be able to choose one for you but give me a break from picking you the whole set okay? Rather, normally when I choose something for you, you would just go with your own picks anyway right.”

“Ugh, I can’t deny that……! …….wait, Onii-chan, that person looks like a high school student since he’s in the uniform but his hair is dyed right?”

Misaki’s line of sight is fixed on a student with bright brown hair that doesn’t seem to be a natural shade at all. In the city though….it’s fairly a common sight. Still in the countryside like my hometown, the school normally has strict rules about dyeing your hair.

That’s why it’s an unusual sight for Misaki since in her head, wearing a school uniform = black hair.

“Ahh……rather, that’s my school’s uniform you know. Didn’t you check it out when you look at the pamphlet?”

“Eh? Ah, it’s true! Then, then, I can dye mine too right!?”

“Well, that would be the case but……my school is more difficult to get in than the other schools here you know. Are you going to be okay?”

“Kuh, you poked where it hurt! But I’m going to be okay! I have a reliable ally after all!”

It seems like she doesn’t worry about getting into my school but what does she mean by a reliable ally…….honestly, I have a bad feeling about this.

Anyway, I have to choose some clothes for Misaki. If I do nothing and she can’t pick anything I will have to pick everything by myself afterward.

“It’s summer so let’s go with some cheerful and light color tones……for the time being, this one, ah, excuse me……Nn?”

“Ah, I’m sorry.—-ahh.”

When I tried to grab something from the shelf, someone reached out and grabbed the same one. When I pulled my hand back and looked up to apologize, I saw a familiar person standing there with a surprised expression on her face.

“Eh, Uhh…….hello, Kami……Sei, Hiura-kun……..”

Because I currently look like a mix between Kamishiro Kousei and Hiura Seiya, it seems that she doesn’t know how to call me for a moment. She ended up calling me Hiura-kun but it’s been a week since I last saw her at school huh.

“Yeah, it’s been a while……?”

“Y, yes. I think so too…….”

That person was Eihashi-san. Judging from the basket in her hand, she probably came to buy clothes as well. I can’t see Ichinose-san around so she probably came here alone.

“Uh, Uhh…….why is Eihashi-san here?”

“I, I was, uhh…..that’s right! I thought that if I wear something fashionable I could get your—–no! I came to look for something fashionable! I was thinking about looking for one since I saw Kamishiro Kousei and Asakura Asuka’s photoshoot the other day……..”

The atmosphere is extremely awkward. Eihashi-san knows that I am Kamishiro Kousei but she declared to me that she would treat Kousei and me as separate people.

However, she probably doesn’t know how to treat me when I am in Kamishiro Kousei mode.

She doesn’t look at my eyes at all and I can see that her face is slightly flushed. For the time being, I guess I will have to say something.

And I was wondering why Onii-chan didn’t start dating Asuka-san when she confessed to him …….Onii-chan always has his hair down so it sure gives you a surprise when he set it properly right! I mean, my Onii-chan is Kamishiro Kou—Ouch! What are you doing!”

“He, Hey! Eihashi-san is not my girlfriend alright! She’s my classmate! Also, your misunderstanding is escalating too fast! I’m not dating anyone right now okay!”

“No way…….Eh? Then does that mean I just said something I shouldn’t have…..? I’m, I’m sorry Onii-chan! I just told her that you are a model!?”

“Calm down. I’m not angry so just calm down first. You said what you said but it’s alright.”

Normally, that would be a secret but it’s not something that I would get angry at my sister about. Still, I don’t know if I should feel lucky or not that the other party here is Eihashi-san. My secret is already revealed to her after all.

Misaki is panicking but since it’s like an open secret between Eihashi-san and me, I decided to calm her down first. By the way, for some reason, Eihashi-san is sighing in relief.

“Did you manage to calm down now?”

“…..Nn, but I thought for sure that she’s Onii-chan’s girlfriend so……..”

Misaki seems to be feeling guilty to the extent that her earlier tension almost seems like a lie.

“Seriously, I’m also to blame since I didn’t explain it to you properly. I don’t have a girlfriend. You got that right?”

“Yeah……”

“Yes!”

“Huh?”

For some reason, Eihashi-san also replied alongside Misaki…..well, whatever.”

“Normally I might be angry at you since you said something you that shouldn’t have but fortunately for you, Eihashi-san already knows that I am a model. I will treat it like nothing happened this time.”

“……..is that true?”

Misaki asks Eihashi-san. During that time, I gave Eihashi-san a look that it’s okay.

Seeing that, Eihashi-san nodded and looked toward Misaki.

“Yes. I know that Hiura-kun is working as Kamishiro Kousei. And I know that he is not dating anyone at the moment.”

“………I don’t think the second part is necessary though?”

I have never thought that I would never be able to get a girlfriend but when I hear it so many times repeatedly like this, it kinda makes me sad.

“I see. I’m glad….., I will be careful to not jump to conclusions from now on……”
