By the time evening came the sleeping Ellis groggily woke up from the pleasant journey in her dreams, going into the hall she found YuJu in the state she left him, quietly patting Anput

After checking on her master she stretched her rather cramp body to wake up the still lazy muscles revealing a bit more than she should, but with the unfazed master of her and the professional maids being the only witnesses she couldn't care less, once her body was feeling more flexible she asked the maids to prepare dinner while she headed to the dining room in wait

'Shes one of those blackhole stomachs huh'

Looking at the hourglass figure of Ellis walking away YuJu thought, envying her a little since he barely had any appetite to eat

'Speaking of food I guess I have two gluttons on my hands'

He recalled turning his eyes to the sleeping hound

He seemed to notice something within his sight making him slightly exclaim, this brought the maids to ask if anything was wrong but he waved his hand dismissively at them and opened the system's notification that was fishing in the periphery of his vision, his mind thinking which of his far away slaves did something again

'She's awake already? That was much quicker than thought'

The state of enlightenment could last only one day or can go on for years, it depended on the person's comprehension of what he was trying to learn and how deep they were learning said subject

The first enlightenment never went over a few months though as the beings were still in a lower domain of power, even if they were powerful before the system hit their world or were born powerful they wouldn't last longer than a few months since whatever they were learning they would already have a small grasp over

'Soul Imprisonment huh, for the time she took to realize it she surly outdid herself, still this skill isn't really practical, it's one of those unique situational skills'

He honestly wasn't happy with the result because, one, she couldn't make use of the skill any time soon, and two, he could have actually taught her how to do this manually since he knew a thing or two about it

While it failed to reach his standards he was happy the little hound was finally waking up, he kind of missed her happy go lucky self

Giving out a big doggy yawn the heavy sleeper opened her heavy eyelid and smacked her mouth, then with her eyes half open she looked around her

Looking toward her master with her eyes now wide open she jumped at him, laying in his lap as she rubbed her head against his chest, her small tail wagging back and forth in her excitement

"Missed me have you"

"Well I have as well"

Giving her bobbing head a rub he smiled more than slightly, breaking his usual demeanour

"You must be starving, why don you head toward where Ellis is and eat something"

She sounded reluctant, very much so, he even felt a tang of dejection coming from her, perhaps he was just imagining it though since her pitiful eyes were way too effective

"Don't worry, I will be here once you're done"

"If you eat now we will be able to go for a walk"

This seemed to give her hesitant self a motivation to eat, her painful stomach acting as a helper as well

She jumped off his lap and he had one of the maids guide her to the dining room

"Go double the food proportions..no triple them….actually just make five tables worth of food"

With how hungry those two are he didn't doubt for a second that food would be gone in a single sitting, and if it wasn't, well, who cares he wasn't limited by supplies like before

'They sent Belbus? What was she thinking?..Hmm perhaps she was too hesitant to go against two generals opinions when she wasn't too sure about my identity'

It was unpleasant to know this, especially with how much they used to trust each other, but since he didn't offer to much to go in he would have to deal with any problems resultant from her half-assed support

A high pitched annoying voice came from the entrance, the owner showing up not long after it with tow guards of his own kind by his side

The maid apologised profusely at their intrusion, but he could tell she didn't do much to stop them at all

"So your the new guy, YuJu huh, where is the little lass that came with ya?"

"You wanted to talk to me though no?"

"Who I wanna talk to is my business, now bring that lassy out here, let us check her out"

The midget with a downward long face and short torso licked his lips hungrily, his hyena-like face really got on one's nerves

"Yah bring the chick out"

"You don't want us to go fetch her now do you?"

The two bigger men with the same look spoke with their iconic hysterical laugh, one that once again got on his nerves

"Hmm, you don seem to understand"

YuJu said as he stood up from his seat, a soft smile suffusing his lips

"Understand shit boy, you need to watch your tone when talking to m-" Thud Thud!

Before the midget could even finish his sentence he felt a sting from his neck, the sting was numbing and he found himself unable to move as his two guards fell to the ground the next second with a pool of blood quickly forming under them

"No, you need to watch your words with me, Baby Belbus"

Hearing his nickname from childhood coming out from the weird dude now standing behind him with a knife inside his neck Belbus broke into cold sweat feeling as if he went back to those hellish bullying days in an instant

"Now that you're quite let me tell you what you are going to do"

Pressing the knife further into the little guy's neck YuJu said, his cold voice contradicting his soft smile

"You will tell me what rank I was given and any conditions put forth by Aminta, after that you will scram back to the meeting they will hold with you two friends, there you will tell them exactly what happened and what I am about to say, word by word"

Leaning lower he talked next to his ear so he would hear him very clearly

"If you want to fight me you hairy cat then come face me head-on, stop sending your useless goons to their death instead"

The words hairy cat were crispier than the rest, those two words also sent chills down the hyena's spine, he didn't say them yet he was already shaking in his boots

Done with his words YuJu dug the knife out of the little basterds neck, making the cowed fall on his knees since his legs were too numb to carry him, his mouth however instantly pleaded for mercy

"S-s-sir ple-please, I was under orders that is a-all"

"Indeed, and now I am giving you new orders"

"But sir, he, he will kill me if I say those words"

"And I will kill you if you don't"

What a nasty predicament his loud mouth put him in, but how was he to blame? The midget was indeed following that hairy ca- that general's orders

"Now tell me, which rank was I given"

"A black guard and you dared follow those stupid orders"

"They haven't assigned the black guards any actual rank yet sir, it's a new section just for you two"

"Three, the hound is to become a member as well"

YuJu almost forgot the black guards didn't exist yet, this brought him some old memories

'Before Aminta created the black guards solely for myself, a rank higher than any, now she did it once again though with different intentions, fate sure likes t repeat itself'

He reminded gently

The midget gave a salute then picked his two friends up with an arm each before sprinting out the house like his tail was on fire

Done with one trouble maker YuJu turned his sights toward the other, the maid who supposedly 'guarded' the gate

Seeing the cold eyes turn to herself the maid panicked on the inside but said nothing, hoping he would merely glance at her and be dow ith it

Slim hopes they were though for YuJu had zero intention of letting her get away scot-free, instead, he walked to her with slow steady steps, each one more agonising than the other to the panicked woman

"Sir? I am sorry he just burst in and I couldn't stop him at a-"

Now in front of her he put a finger on her mouth, then gave her an order

"Don't make a single sound"

After saying so he took out his dagger and slashed at her arm, her non-combatant self could do nothing but have her entire arm amputated from the body

Her scream was just about to cum out when the dagger moved in preparation to cut her throat forcing her to swallow the scream down

"Good, I hope you learned your lesson"

Stowing his dagger he moved back to sit on the couch and sipped the drink once again looking like he never moved from his place much less traumatised four people just now
