3782 Ungrateful

"I have seen many, ungrateful bastards in my life, but you are the worst of them all," I said, without a hint of fear.

"Shut up!" he shouted, with his powerful aura of Sky Sovereign bearing down on me, but to his shock, it was barely doing anything to me.

He is not powerful enough to make his aura affect me.

"I cleansed the poison, helped you advance, and even aided you, against the enemy, but instead of saying a single thank of you, you turn on me,"

"Looting is fine, but with capture, you have broken the limit of my mercy," I said to him and anger in his eyes disappeared for a moment, with uncertainty replacing it, but soon the anger returned in full force.

He grinned, with anger blazing in his eyes.

"It seemed like the slap had broken you. I have to give you something more painful to bring you back to the reality!" he said and swung his hand toward me.

This time, there is energy covering it. It is not dense enough to kill an Earth Sovereign. Even in anger, he recognized my value and didn't want to kill me, but it was powerful enough to mess up any Earth Sovereign for good.

His hand was fast, and it reached me within a fraction of a second and was about to touch me when it stopped.

A shock appeared on his face as he saw that and he struggled, but no matter what he did, he couldn't move at all. Every part of his body had been frozen, his energies sealed, he couldn't do anything.

"You had recognized my worth, but you failed to understand it. Since I could make useless bastard like you advance; I could also add contingencies," I said, and for the first time, fear appeared in his eyes.

He wanted to talk, but he couldn't even move his mouth. I had no intention of letting him do that; he had lost that chance.

"I am a cautious person. Especially when I deal with people like you." I added and removed the storage ring; it is going to be messy, and I want the storage ring out of it.

He was not a good person; nobody was, but he was bad. He looted people, threatened and even killed one, pushing them into the broken formation just for fun.

I had seen it all with the seed inside him. Still, he was the best candidate to level-up to Sky Sovereign. He succeeded and even dealt with the Sky Sovereign, before turning on me, his savior.

"If it is you being ungrateful. I would have only taught you less, broken a few bones, done damage, that would have limited your potential to where you are, but you dare to capture me,"

"It is the thing I hate the most and you are going to suffer the thing I kept for my worst enemies," I said and took out a syringe.

It is a glass syringe covered in tiny transparent runes. If one looks clearly at it; they will even, see three ancient rune formations.

However, the man in front of me was too busy sighing in relief to look too carefully. The fear in his eyes receded a lot. Syringes are not dangerous; most consider them primitive and look at those who use them.

"In this syringe has a solution, called ahak, which I had mixed with sample of your blood and soul,"

"Once it enters, inside you; it will break your magical veins, destroy your cells and corrode your soul. The part about veins will be finished quickly, but the destruction of your cells and corrosion of your soul will last a week,"

"It will be a painful death, but you deserve nothing less,"

The terror that appeared in his eyes was really something before they turned pleading. I have no mercy for him; he did things he shouldn't have.

He tried to capture me. If I hadn't made preparations. He would have to be captured and I hate that to my bone.

The needle from the syringe easily pierced through his Sky Sovereign skin, before I pushed the liquid inside. I took out the syringe, and it disappeared, while I waited for the solution to take it's effect.

A few seconds later, the pain appeared in his eyes, and it kept increasing till it reached a horrifying level.

"Ahhhh…."

Finally, a minute later, I released my hold on him, and he screamed. He screamed so loudly and with such pain that it made all those watching shudder.

It is a pain they could only imagine. His very energy veins, the foundation of his practice, are being broken. In just a minute, he suffered such damage, that Grade 7 healers would find it hard to heal them.

This is just the beginning.

Another minute passed, and then another. He is still screaming, but now, I have got bored of it and contained it by casting an energy layer around him.

I am still watching him and the things my solution is doing. There is a lot of data.

Unfortunately, I have to leave soon. I would have loved to get all the data from this. I could wait in hiding, but I rather not take a risk.

I also don't have time. I would need to cross the territory of this organization. Which would take me more than a week. I was able to find where I had; I had kept seed in one of Sky Sovereign's guards.

A few minutes passed, and I turned. They are still present, not a single one left.

"Always be grateful to those who do you the favor," I said to them, and the storage rings flew toward them.

I took half of the things their storages have as savior feed and replaced a few things that I need. I have added quite a lot of useful things, like abodes, potions, essences, and alchemical solutions.

I have their data and added things according to it. It will help them survive their travel and also aid them in practice.

"Goodbye," I waved and left, but not before taking the last look at the bastard, who was screaming in pain.

That pain is going to increase even further coming days. I hope nobody kills. That would be a mercy, and he doesn't deserve it.
