"God?" asked Tria as she sized up the man in front of her again.

This man that she had coincidentally awakened was a God?

"Haha, this is only my flesh form, as a priestess, my real form would not affect you, however, a regular human would not be able to even stand in my godly presence," he said with a smirk on his face.

"If you are a god, then why were you buried here in the Moon Land, shouldn't you have ascended to another realm, like the God realm," said Tria as she wondered whether were more Gods on the lands.

"I came from the God realm, however, there has been a war raging there for over centuries, I traveled here for a break from the turmoil...however due to an incident that occurred one hundred years ago, that required me to take a short sleep. At the time, I have fallen for someone, and I intended to confess my love to her once I had woken up, but it seems that I was too late," Hoth said solemnly.

"Was your loved one a priestess?" Tria asked.

"Indeed, she helped put me to sleep, and she was supposed to wake me up when things had died down, however it seemed that they had gotten to her and murdered her."

Hoth's mood became gloomy.

"I'm sorry...and you said 'they', who exactly are you talking about? the Eye?"

"The Eye? What is that?" Hoth asked in confusion.

"They are an evil organization that seemed to be after my life, for no apparent reason. Maybe, they are also the ones who got to your beloved."

"I would have to find my memories first to confirm anything, at the moment I wouldn't be able to give you any definitive answers."

"What do you mean?" questioned Tria.

"I have taken my memories out and stored them and three different places in the moon land. My body was near Luna Lake, while my memories are near Crescent Lake in the east, and Ubdi Lake in the west near the borders of the Unknown Land," he recounted then continued, "when I find out who 'they' are from my memories, whether or not they are the Eye, they will surely taste my wrath. However, I will need your help, priestess."

Hoth was infuriated over his lover's death, however, he could not even remember what had happened back then.

"I don't understand, they are your memories, why do you need me to access them?" said Tria.

"The previous priestess was the one who had helped me sealed them away, and she was also supposed to be the one to help me access them again, however..."

"I understand...however I need to think for a while," Tria cut him off and said. She was getting a headache from all the information that was processing in her head.

"There is no rush, first and foremost, I am glad that you have woken me up, if not I would have waited over 400 years to wake up. If you do end up helping me, I will try my best to answer any questions you may have...I know there are a few things that are a mystery to you, even with the memories you have been transferred."

Tria did not answer him and walked towards the door to leave, but before she did, she wanted to ask him one last thing.

"How powerful must be someone to wipe out so many people's memories?"

"At least a God..."

Tria left towards her room silently, and Crei was already in there waiting for her. She went straight for the bed and jumped on there, burying her face into the sheets. She was tired, with the awakening of a God, and more information being found...she felt emotionally tired. With so many clues being discovered, it had made her believe that there was a lot bigger ploy at play.

"Wifey!" Crei ran towards her, panicked, it's the first time he's seen her so bummed out.

"..."

"Is everything alright? Did that guy say something to you?" he asked in concern.

"No...I'm just tired...tired of it all!"

"What do you mean?"

Tria sat up and faced Crei as she stared at his concerned and worried expression.

"Everything is just happening so fast...first I married you, then I became a priestess. Just when I thought by building a temple and drawing those bad people's focus away so they could stop murdering innocent people, there are more of them popping up. Now there is a god, and a god realm where there is war, and the incident from one hundred years ago might all be connected with the Gods, the priestesses, and then there's me. What is the real purpose I am supposed to serve here?"

"Wifey...are you regretting marrying me?" Crei said lightly, he didn't even dare look up at her. After all, he did kind of force marriage on her, and it wouldn't be surprising for her to regret it.

"Of course not...I am so grateful to have met you, it just that I had wished to live a much simpler life," Tria answered noticing Crei's change, and she meant what she said. Had she not met him first, the Ashir family would have sent her to some unknown place as a concubine.

Also, of course she wished for a simpler life, as soon as she transmigrated to this world she was pushed forward to the front lines and has been experiencing one thing after another.

"...?" Crei was confused.

"I'm sorry, I am just ranting now. I am just tired...and I need a break," she whispered, drooping her head.

Crei reached out to her and hugged her. He had fully buried her body into his embrace. He held her tightly, hoping to share some of her burdens, but he knew he was not capable of that. For the first time, he had felt like just taking her away from everything and just run away.

"Yes, run away! My wife," he pulled her out and held her shoulders, "let's take a break and enjoy each other's company for a while, you have already gotten those people's attention and there is no immediate need for anything else. Let me take you away...for a little while. I think it is about time we had some time for ourselves, just you and I."

Tria looked at Crei and her eyes moistened up. He really did everything with her best interest in mind. Even with so many dangers plaguing the Lands, and Gods raging a war that could possibly reach this realm, it did not interest him. In the end, all Crei showed care for was her well-being and their relationship.
