"Y-yeah." Lilith made a wry smile. "Release him for now."

The succubus immediately retracted the charm spell, allowing Gin to regain his consciousness.

"Great Sage… Nevermind, I'll just call you Gin." Albert sighed while looking at him with a serious expression. "Cooperate with them for the time being. After you finish everything, have them send you to me. I'll teach you the rest of my power."

Gin's expression brightened. Although he didn't really like the feeling of having a blank memory, if it was all he needed to gain Albert's approval, he could endure it.

With a smile on his face, Gin politely bowed his head. "Thank you very much."

In Albert's mind, this was a good idea because the enemies would think twice before attacking them. However, Lilith needed to consider the fact that the potential threat would make the humans hasten their progress.

"To be honest, there is an absurd plan to delay them. You can simply show your ability and identity before taking a wife from each demon kingdom. This way, we can make an alliance that can repel them." Lilith explained with a troubled expression.

"You don't like that, right?" Albert put on a gentle smile as if comforting her. "I'm not going to do that."

"But that's the most effective way."

"So, the most effective way is not the best way." Albert denied it again while shaking his head. "To be honest, I had a huge problem with women to the point I don't want to get any woman again in this life."

"Ehm… Sorry. I feel like I've forced you into this situation."

"Nah, it's fine. Lately, I think having a wife is good too." Albert shrugged. "Anyway, let's think about other ways."

"Mhm." Lilith nodded a few times but her expression had brightened a bit. "If we're using our duel to delay them, there's a chance that they will hasten their process because they're scared of your power. I'm sure you're planning to use all your elements, right?

On the other hand, Lilith covered her eyes while having a troubled expression. She just lied about the second matter. After all, it was clear that the second matter actually appeared because of the first question. If Albert was a good politician, this kind of lie wouldn't escape from his eyes.

Her true question was regarding their marriage. However, there was no way she could propose that idea after Albert gave all that information. It would just be taking advantage of him because of the mistake Yale did.
