Haru opened the instruction of Light Magic and started to read it. It was quite a simple instruction, and it was something akin to imagination rather than formula. But it wasn't that simple, and at the same time it wasn't that complicated. It was hard to describe, but he had a feeling that he could use this magic.

Starting to imagine the light magic on his mind, he closed his eyes and concentrated. He needed to feel the source of magic inside his body while imagining the effect of the magic. Haru suddenly felt that his body was quite hot and it was tingling in an uncomfortable way. But it started to get more painful than he had thought since it felt as if his entire body had been stabbed by needles.

It might have been his imagination, but when he gritted his body. He felt that the clogged within his body had been released and something akin to the river appeared within his body. He didn't open his eyes and focus on what was happening to his body.

Haru opened his eyes and felt stronger than ever. He saw there was a ball of light within his palm and clenched his hand before that ball of light vanished. His body suddenly felt weak and he fell on the floor with a loud "bang".

Blinking his eyes, he felt that his energy was consumed and he felt quite weak. He was tired, but he felt very happy when he was able to use magic.

"Haru, what's wrong?"

Hearing the loud "bang", Sora hurriedly went to Haru's room and opened it. She saw him laying on the floor full of sweat on his body and pale complexion. She became worried and asked, "What's wrong?" Her expression also turned pale when she thought that he was sick or something.

Looking at Sora's expression, Haru told her not to worry.

Sora was nervous but felt calmer than before. She had lost her parents and she didn't want to lose him either.

"Yeah." Haru tried to force himself to stand up, but he could only sit on the floor. "Can you help me change my shirt? I feel very uncomfortable with this sweat." His shirt was wet from his sweat.

Sora nodded and took a new shirt from his wardrobe. She also took a towel and took off Hau's shirt. She looked at his muscular body and stopped for a bit. She shook her head and continued to take care of him.

Feeling her small hands on his body, Haru felt a bit giddy. He shook his head and thought about the magic which he had successfully achieved before. He felt that there was a vast river within his body that was moving throughout his entire body, but suddenly he felt very weak all of sudden. He felt quite drowsy and wanted to sleep right away after he awoke his magic source.

Looking at Haru who seemed tired, Sora asked, "What did you do earlier?"

"Workout."

Haru answered simply.

But Sora was dissatisfied with his answer and started to cry.

Haru was surprised and asked, "W, what's wrong? Why are you crying so suddenly?"

"I, I thought that something had happened to you.... and... and I've thought that you're going to leave me too...." Sora looked at him and said while crying, "D, don't leave me alright? You're the only one I've in this world...."

Looking at her crying face, Haru hugged her closely.

Sora was startled, but she didn't move away from him.

"Can you listen to my heartbeat?"

"Hmm..." Sora nodded.

"I'm alright. You don't need to worry. I won't leave you. That's my promise to you."

Haru regretted making her cry like this and felt dumb to not think about the consequences when he tried to use magic before.

Haru patted her back and asked, "We're going to go out tomorrow. Is there somewhere to go?"

"I'm alright with everyone, but I want you to buy me expensive ice cream," Sora said.

"I'll buy it tomorrow with you," Haru said.

Hugging him for a while, Sora felt a bit embarrassed and tried to hide her embarrassment.

In the bathroom, Haru took a cold shower to calm himself. His body was quite hot before and the cold water on his body made him feel refreshed. He thought when he hugged Sora before, but he hurriedly shook his head.

Finished with taking a bath, he went back to his room to sleep. Before that, he took his smartphone and opened the "group chat". He tried to use his magic again and it was possible to recreate that ball of light on his palm. Taking a picture of it, he shared his successful attempt with everyone on the "group chat".
