Chapter 78: Just the mouth is not much of a problem

Then my father looked at me and his arm on the ground alternately, as if he couldn’t understand what had happened.

Father probably couldn’t even comprehend that his arm got cut.

The sword has such a sharpness that even the person slashed becomes puzzled, as expected from a SSS weapon obtained through a paid gacha.

“And Father, this is how a surprise attack is done.”

“Heh…?”

I ignored him, who still didn’t have a grasp of the situation, and snapped my fingers.

Then Melissa, the former head maid of the Kvist family, appeared instantly, moving like a ninja, and stabbed him from behind with her knife, which pierced through his chest.

“It has been a long time, my former employer.”

“Y-you’re… So, it was you. You were the one behind the scenes telling this garbage about our movements.”

“No? I didn’t tell him anything. You were too stupid to realize that Master knew everything about your plans from the start. All this time, you were dancing on the palm of his hand, you know? I can’t speak for others because I didn’t notice that either.”

Saying this, Melissa pulled out the knife while pushing Father’s back with the sole of her foot, and father collapsed with a ‘thud’ sound as if he had shed too much blood.

“The man said to be the war hawk even among the nobility, Gurd Kvist, was defeated so casually, like a doll… As expected of our great Master.”

“No, it was Melissa who finished him off.”

“Fufu, you’re kidding.”

Then I looked around and saw all my slaves gathering around.

They all wore the black secret society uniforms that looked like military uniforms with black masks, and their strangeness seemed to stand out.

Father, whom they—my younger siblings— respected as a magician, got easily defeated, and they got surrounded by a group of people wearing what looked like otherworldly military uniforms they had never seen before.

My younger brother’s, sister’s, and their mother’s faces contorted with fear, and it was quite satisfying from the usual abusive look they gave me. They looked like they could hardly even breathe.

The younger brother and sister even seemingly wet their pants.

Seeing this scene, I had finally managed to make these idiots understand from the bottom of their hearts which of us was the superior one.

“Melissa, restore him. He only needs his mouth. You don’t need to heal his arm because he doesn’t need it anymore.”

“As you wish, Master. Rejoice, my former employer. The great Master has shown you mercy.”

There shouldn’t be much of a problem if he had a mouth.

Now then, I slowly and intimidatingly approach my family.

“D-don’t come here! I lost! I lost! So that’s enough!”
