The Correct Way Of Feeding The Sick And Delicate Villain Chapter 50

Can You Promise Me (2)

Ding Yi looked on with gentle eyes and rubbed his head, comforting him: “Whatever you decide, I’ll be here for you. It’s alright.”

As if she was afraid that he could still not rest his heart, she whispered: “Actually, I’ve saved up a lot of money. As long as you’re willing to spend money, there are few problems in this world you can’t solve. Don’t worry, I won’t let anyone bully you…”

Before she could finish, she was locked in an embrace. A refreshing scent wafted into her nose.

Having been suddenly hugged by Mu Yueshi, Ding Yi went stiff at first, and then her face turned flushed.

Tha-that overbearing hug from behind was against the rules!

Mu Yueshi was currently going through his growth spurt, and so he had a young man’s special thinness. It made him look a lot smaller than he actually is; he was already taller than Ding Yi.

He rested his head on her shoulder like a spoiled child and gently whispered: “I promise you that I’ll train hard. Can you promise to wait for me?”

A soft breeze blew quietly.

His voice sounded reluctant, and yet he was also acting spoiled with ulterior motives. His soft voice was almost… sultry.

She didn’t know if it was just a figment of her imagination, but when he spoke, the marking on her neck seemed to turn hot.

It was itchy.

But she gradually got her rampant heartbeat under control.

In the end, she resisted the hotness that flushed her face and reached out, rubbing the head of the person behind her, trying to put on an air of maturity:

“I promise you. You’ve already hugged me, so let’s stop with the temper and stop with the fights, alright?”

Mu Yueshi seemed to be really happy, and said, as if embarrassed: “Yeah.”

He reluctantly let go.

Ding Yi breathed a sigh of relief and looked at the ember in the little clay stove that looked like it was about to snuff out at any moment.

“Don’t forget to give the medicine to Jiang Mocheng after it’s done, alright?”

Mu Yueshi obediently nodded: “Alright.”

Ding Yi could not help but worry, and so she checked the insides of the pot, confirming that all the proper ingredients were indeed there.

Because she had received a big job from a bank a while back, Ding Yi still had many things she had to take care of, so she went back to her room.

Mu Yueshi sat there, back as straight as an arrow, and watched Ding Yi’s figure vanish into her room.

He lowered his eyes, and his lips formed a dark, willfully sensuous smile.

When Mu Yueshi finally finished making the medicine and entered the room, Jiang Mocheng was already awake. It’s just that his complexion was sickly and looked like he would drop from a single touch.

The proud, regal Young Master Jiang couldn’t help but sarcastically quip: “How dirty.”

It was obvious that the haughty Young Master Jiang had seen everything.

Mu Yueshi’s expression suddenly went cold, and the knuckles on the hand holding the bowl of medicine became well defined.

Jiang Mocheng sneered and felt his mood greatly improve after seeing Mu Yueshi’s scrunched up face.

“You aren’t real siblings are you? What type of relationship do you have?” Jiang Mocheng questioned astutely.

Mu Yueshi glared at him but did not answer. His eyes were hiding a storm of violence.

But Young Master Jiang relentlessly wanted to get back at him, so how could he let up just with that?

Jiang Mocheng had always found it strange that the vicious demon was content to live a mundane mortal life, no less following the woman’s every whim and word.

So that was the demon’s goal!

The atmosphere between the two felt like it was frozen.

Jiang Mocheng continued to purposefully taunt Mu Yueshi: “To think that you thought of big sister Ding that way. If she knew what you were thinking about, she’d probably break all ties with you. Ha, you demons are dreadful, ignoring the rules of humanity…”

Before he could finish, Mu Yueshi clutched Jiang Mocheng’s face in a vice grip.

The surprised Jiang Mocheng: ????

Mu Yueshi expressionlessly took the steaming hot bowl of medicine and poured it down Young Master Jiang’s throat!

“…ack! …cough, you! I…” Jiang Mocheng’s face was flushed as he choked down the medicine. He felt the urge to murder the evil Mu Yueshi, but he didn’t have the strength to do so.

You bastard!

After this young master heals, I’ll flay you alive!

The disparing Young Master Jiang’s face turned blue as he coughed his lungs out.

Mu Yueshi let go like he was touching something dirty and threatened: “If you say anything you shouldn’t, I’ll rip your tongue out.”

He couldn’t kill him, but maiming him shouldn’t be a problem.

Jiang Mocheng said angrily: “You…”

Mu Yueshi slowly stood up and stared down at the coughing Jiang Mocheng, his eyes void of any heat.

“I’m warning you, shut up about your high and mighty morals. So what if you’re from a great house? You were saved by a demon, so what does that make you?”

“You!” Jiang Mocheng was hit where it hurt the most, his handsome face turning beet red.

Mu Yueshi scoffed: “If it weren’t for her, you’d be long dead. If you plan on bringing her any trouble, I’ll kill you right now!”

And save himself the trouble of listening to the piece of trash’s condescending words.

Jiang Mocheng glared at Mu Yueshi as he finally got his breath under control.

But Mu Yueshi left him no reprieve, demanding coldly: “Do you understand?”

The speechless Young Master Jiang gasped in ragged breaths, and shouted in frustration: “I get it!”
