The Correct Way Of Feeding The Sick And Delicate Villain Chapter 54

Get Over Here (2)

Mu Yueshi sneered, he raised his hands and a thick black fog swept across the room, easily prying Ding Yi from her position on a nearby pillar!

Ding Yi: “…”

It felt terrible to be a cannon fodder, for real.

Mu Yueshi’s eyes were completely bloodshot, he clutched Ding Yi’s throat with a strangely careful force, and the burning demonic aura in his hands seemed to subside.

He stared at the dark rune on her neck, and his chilly voice sounded slightly perplexed: “What’s this?”

Ding Yi couldn’t see, but she knew where his gaze rested. The contractual rune on her neck was typically invisible, with the only people who could see it were the parties in the contract.

It was needless to say that Ding Yi and the Mu Yueshi from her world could see it, but now this alternate universe evil devil could see it as well!!

And now there was a new question of how she should explain it. This is something that an alternate universe you gave me through biting?

It would sound so ridiculous.

Ding Yi could only feign ignorance with a shaking voice: “I don’t know.”

Obviously, Mu Yueshi did not believe her and wanted to threaten her by tightening his grip, but his injuries prevented him from putting any strength into his hands. His disorderly circulation meant that any strain could produce backlash, and if he wasn’t careful, he could end up completely obliterated by the rampaging energy.

Mu Yueshi let go, and a sliver of blood leaked on from his lips, his face complexion ghastly pale.

Ding Yi started running as soon as he released her.

“Stop!” Mu Yueshi looked at her with a cold gaze, and his weak voice contained two bits of cruelty as he threatened: “If you step through this door, I will command for you to be killed.”

Ding Yi halted her steps.

There was too much risk, the evil Mu Yueshi was an inhuman scoundrel.

The weak and helpless Ding Yi shed tears of regret. System you bastard! Why was the duration of the subspace stay so long!!

Mu Yueshi looked at the paralyzed Ding Yi with his gloomy eyes: “Come over here.”

Ding Yi didn’t move, but she knew that she would be' forcefully moved if she went against his wishes.

She smiled like she was crying, and moved with unsteady steps: “I… I don’t know anything, what do you want to do? I’m not working for anybody, and I’m not here to hurt you…”

Mu Yueshi’s body wobbled like he would fall over any moment, and he spit out a glob of blood.

Ding Yi had already arrived before him, and seeing as he was about to fall over, reflexively pulled him back up and put his arm over her shoulder.

It was so natural that it almost seemed things really should be this way.

?? What am I doing? He isn’t that cute, weak boss!

Ding Yi wasn’t the only one surprised, Mu Yueshi was also stunned.

But he was currently wracked with pain, and so he had no leisure to think about things deeply. He coldly demanded: “Bring me over there.”

And so the expressionless Ding Yi followed his directions, and with a dissonant calm, put him down onto the bed and pulled the covers over him…

She seemed calm on the outside, but she was mentally alert. She wasn’t sure if Mu Yueshi still wanted to kill her, she could only prepare herself to escape at his weakest moment.

Mu Yueshi’s internal and external injuries were severe, and his fingers were as cold as ice. Demonic aura flowed out of his hands, coloring his fingernails black.

Ding Yi saw the familiar scene, and unconsciously thought about that sensitive little demon, they had the same face, the same pain, the same danger. The difference was that when this irredeemable demon was hurting, there would be nobody there for him, he would suffer his madness, all alone.

Ding Yi felt the familiar feeling of heart pain surface again. She felt terrible.

So she couldn’t help but wipe the cold sweat from his brows, her eyes both sympathetic and empathetic. Mu Yueshi’s chest heaved as he grabbed her hand, he asked her in a strained voice: “Who are you?”

“I’m Ding Yi.”

His breath was ragged and his eyes blood red, but his tone was sure: “You aren’t.”

Ding Yi momentarily panicked from steady gaze. It was probably because she couldn't separate him from her own Mu Yueshi that when she saw his face, she would go soft-hearted. She internally sighed, and smiled at him, her voice calm and gentle: “Yeah, I’m not. I’m called Ding Yi*.”

*(This version has a different tone on the Yi so it sounds different in Chinese, Mu Yueshi had been previously calling her by the in story version which means One, instead of her true name which means Thought/Affection)

For some reason, after coming to this space that was outside of the plot, she felt a sense of relief that she could go back to being herself. It was unknown if Mu Yueshi had heard her, but he coughed up another mouthful of blood after he heard her.

Ding Yi hurriedly wiped it off.

“That… I have to leave now.” She heard the timer in her mind tick down, and said to the delirious Mu Yueshi with a strained voice, “you… need to take care of yourself. If, if it’s possible, please don’t kill anymore, it’ll come back to bite you…”

Mu Yueshi’s eyes lost focus, but his grip held tight: “You…”

Ding Yi listened to the ticking timer and her heart was filled with calm. The lightheaded feeling became stronger and stronger, and she knew that she would be forcefully transported soon!

Mu Yueshi saw her vanish from right in front of himself with a smile on her face. His pupils contracted and he hastily grasped at where her hand had been…

But he could only grab the empty air.

She had vanished into thin air.

Mu Yueshi felt an indescribable sense of loss, and after a while, sneered at himself. His hand slumped back down, and closed his eyes despite his body burning in pain, falling into an infinite darkness.
