“Qiuqiu wakes up, Qiuqiu wakes up.”

There were no ups and downs in 008’s voice.

Xu Qiu rolled over and turned off the system’s alarm clock.

She felt crunchy all over when she stretched her body.

The last several days have been difficult enough, especially yesterday’s strenuous exercise.

Fortunately, she has scheduled a day of relaxation for herself, and she must get a good night’s sleep on the holiday.

She still needs to go to work today. Xu Qiu closed her eyes and changed her clothes.

Xu Qiu looked up at the sky after a forced opening of her eyes.

It’s no surprise that the biological clock didn’t wake her up because the sky outside the window was so dark that it didn’t feel like daytime compared to yesterday.

When she opened the window, rain fell from the sky, but was abruptly stopped by an invisible barrier over the kindergarten.

The sky above the kindergarten appears to be clear, yet it is actually a closed castle.

Xu Qiu had very little experience of travelling through time and space.

Although the interior and exterior of this kindergarten are tattered and have an old-fashioned feel to them, the invisible rainwater-blocking screen is clearly a high-tech device that will only be available in the future.

Xu Qiu put on a pair of sloppy wool slippers. This item resembles a little cloth bag constructed from a piece of wool packed with another piece of wool. The insoles are quite comfortable. Fortunately, they are only worn in a small room.

When life in the kindergarten is on the right track and there are more materials available, she can make herself more refined.

Xu Qiu awoke early the next morning and removed the lid from the kitchen, revealing the flour that had been prepared the night before.

A new plant, wheat, was rewarded because of the system’s task.

A bag of white flour is given as a prize for sowing wheat.

Xu Qiu used half of this priceless bag of flour to prepare breakfast today.

Xu Qiu rolled the dough into a thin slice using the rolling tool the cubs produced the day before.

She had intended to make noodles, but it would have been a waste of time, so she simply split the dough into pancake slices.

Freshly fried potato shreds, chopped tomato slices, and freshly baked lettuce are combined into the pancake. It appears to be a good burrito.

“Principal.”

There was a knock on the door outside the kitchen when Xu Qiu was busy.

He was Zhu Niang, a life committee member, and his voice was still a little shy.

“What’s the matter?” Xu Qiu asked as she rinsed the flour from her hands, twisted the door handle, and peered down at the cheerful little cub.

“You said yesterday that you were in charge of the food. I arrived earlier since I believe you may require help.”

The lesson was scheduled for 9 a.m., and lunch was scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Xu Qiu awoke at about 6 a.m. and began preparing. It is now 7:20 p.m.

“That’s really great, thank you so much,” Xu Qiu said as she turned sideways to let him enter.

“I don’t have authorization to enter the kitchen,” Zhu Niang said as he stood at the door.

“I’m sorry, I almost forgot,” Xu Qiu patted her forehead.

If you make a mistake, apologise as soon as possible. Xu Qiu is not the type of grownup who loves her face and refuses to accept responsibility for her faults.

She adjusted Zhu Niang’s authority and stuffed the large washbasin containing the cubs’ bowls and chopsticks into Zhu Niang’s hands.

“This morning, everyone will have pancakes.”

“How does it taste?” Xu Qiu said as she broke open a small slice of pancake and placed it in front of Zhu Niang with chopsticks.

The snow-white dough had a slightly toasted appearance, and the oil and eggs had an especially appealing aroma.

The golden potato shreds are piled on top of the pancakes, which are obviously the food they’ve had, but have an entirely different scent than before.

Zhu Niang paused for a moment before opening his mouth and devouring the pancakes.

His eyes narrowed, like a crescent moon.

“Does it taste good?”

“It’s delicious!” Zhu Niang exclaimed enthusiastically.

Living creatures instinctively chase high-calorie foods, and fried foods are, of course, more fragrant than boiled foods.

She would undoubtedly buy special goods to boost the quality of the food for herself and the cubs if it weren’t for the system mall’s limited gold coins.

“It’s nice that you like to eat it,” Xu Qiu stated with a smile.
