But if I go to a volcano, I’m sure there’s at least some metal.

I kept running for a while, taking care to hydrate and eat well, and finally arrived.

However, for hydration, I just filled my water bottle with water, and for food, I ate something like a calorie bar that I had bought before I left.

【Description】A stick of candy that restores satiety by 15. The most popular flavor is corn potage.

T/N. Corn potage is a creamy corn soup consisting of fresh or canned creamed corn, chicken broth, sautéed onions, milk, cream, and butter.

This world is based on real life, so of course it has a satiety gauge and a hydration gauge.

Both the satiety gauge and the hydration gauge have a maximum value of 200, and a liter of water will restore 100.

As for the calorie bars, I often eat them because they are a bit cheap at 100g each, although some of the names are combined.

Tto, forget that, it’s the volcano now!

As expected, the hydration gauge was decreasing by 1% every 10 seconds due to the fact that I was getting so close. The hydration gauge decreases in HP as it depletes, so I have to stay hydrated.

Even in real life, it’s important to stay hydrated!

I couldn’t see them from a distance because they were too far away, but there were quite a few people who looked like players all mining, keeping an eye out for monsters.

As I looked at the area where they were mining, it appeared to be lava that had cooled and hardened.

I also look at the cold, hardened material nearby.

From the looks of it, it was shiny and could be used as metal. But I won’t know until I actually take it.

I’m going to try to appraise the things that I’ve taken too much of to the extent that I’ve gone up two levels.

【Description】Ore from Mount Geyzar. From the outside, it looks like just lava that has cooled and hardened, but in reality, it is a metallic liquid spouted by the 『???』 in the volcano that has cooled and hardened on the surface of the earth.

「Oh, it was metal!? That’s a relief though… I knew there was something about this volcano…」

It erupts every day, so I figured there must be something around, and I was right.

Maa, this doesn’t mean I’m going to do anything about it.

Anyway, I’m glad I didn’t end up digging a lot only to find out it’s not actually metal…

I was able to get 326 pieces of Geyzamarin in a few hours of mining.

I don’t think I’ll ever use it that much, but it’s better than nothing.

Having accomplished my goal, I followed the other players from 100 meters behind, defeating moles as I made my way safely back to Selkadia.
