Also~ if you were wondering why both Mu Zhiming and Gu Heyan are always called ‘son of…’ is because they’re young (MZM is in his 14/15 yo body, while GHY is 16) and don’t have their courtesy names yet (Zhiming and Heyan). Their given names (Lizhu and Yuyi respectively) can only be said by close friends and relatives.
