Transmigrated As The Big Boss’s Mobile System

But the reason why he kept quiet was not because of Xiao Wu’s ridiculous question.

It’s because of Wen Fan’s identity. Wen Fan is a person, a normal human being. But now, he has become a floating ball system in his mobile phone who can’t even walk around freely. Even when he was chatting with him, he had to be cautious so that Wen Fan would not be discovered.

Otherwise, he would be treated like an alien.

Lou Wei felt uncomfortable when he put himself in Wen Fan’s shoes.

That was what’s going through his mind, but he didn’t say it out loud.

Xiao Wu thought he had made a right guess. He smiled immediately and said in a serious manner,  “President Lou, I wish you all the best!”

He looked at Lou Wei’s side profile. “I can only stay inside your phone. When you are busy with something, I could only stay inside your pocket. It’s really boring.” Not to mention that the event that Lou Wei participated in this time lasted more than four hours.

Lou Wei didn’t say anything but frowned in deep thoughts. 

After attending a four hours event plus travelling on the road, it was already two o’clock in the afternoon. It was long past lunchtime.

In addition, it was Monday today. Lou Xia has already packed up and went back to school in the morning, leaving Lou Wei and Wen Fan at home. When Lou Wei opened the door and walked in, all that was facing him were the villa’s empty walls. He wanted to eat. It was either he cooked it or he needs to order takeaway.

But something was bothering his heart, so he didn’t care about eating at all. He took Wen Fan and went into his study upstairs. Wen Fan leaned on the screen of the phone lazily. The hair sticking out from his head was just like him, bored to the point of growing fur. They were pointing upright, high up into the sky.

Before the line of characters finished showing, the pink big-horned deer on the “WakeUp Schedule” next to it kicked the bright red tomato of “Tomato ToDo” onto the face of “Xue Er Si”.

There was a speech bubble above its head, “Learning, learning, and learning. I’m so exhausted from helping you to memorize all your lessons schedule!

On the right of the pink deer, the little fat bird from ‘Dao Dao Bookkeeping’ on the yellow APP shelf did not dare to show its full face. It only exposed its eyes, grabbing onto the APP frame, secretly staring at ‘Xue Er Si’ who was smashed by rotten tomato all over its face. It quietly changed the word ‘Dao Dao’ on the top of its head to ‘That’s right’.

The QQ Penguin went beside Wen Fan and took two pink and blue twisted lollipops from ‘1 Lick Camera’ next to it. (T/N: 1 Tian Camera is a camera app with many fun filters, stickers, and effects to choose from). He handed one lollipop to Wen Fan and ate the other one himself.

They sat back and enjoyed the show while enjoying their candy. Wen Fan licked the lollipop that the penguin handed over. It tasted as good as it looked, with the fluffiness of cotton candy and the sweetness of grapes. 

Suddenly, they saw the green owl on ‘Zhi Xue.com’ app above their head flew from the APP frame. (T/N: Zhi Xue.com is an education platform designed for teachers to interact and manage their student’s assignments progress). It was righteously uttering a speech bubble,  ‘Learning enables one to have a clearer vision.’

As soon as it finished saying, ‘Weibo’ above its head immediately its Godzilla eye.

The owl, “…”

It flapped its feathers that got messy after fighting with the penguin. It coughed lightly and then said,  “— refreshing!”

The pink deer from the ‘WakeUp Schedule’ took a deep breath and took a sniff on the ‘Onion Academy’ who was standing next to ‘Zhi Xue.com’. The blue onion in the Apps frame moved, and the pungent smell immediately invaded the deer’s nose. The deer shivered in pain and fainted in the next second.

All the apps that witnessed how the owl brought disaster twice in a row. They were looking at it with a complicated expression. Even Wen Fan also sensed that the atmosphere was a bit awkward.

The owl, “.” 

In fact, learning is good, but it was a pity that there were two words sticking out above the owl’s head that reads, ‘parents’. No matter what it said, it just seemed old fashion and no one bothered to listen.

Now the little deer has passed out, the surrounding apps were all concerned about its situation. Even Wen Fan also walked over carefully, trying to search for medical Apps to treat it.

When other animals saw that the little red bird was about to sing, they all fled in different directions. Some of them went back to their APP and hid in the corner. Even the penguin took out two sets of headphones from behind its *ss with excellent noise cancelling effect. It placed a set over Wen Fan ears and quickly put the other one on itself.

Wen Fan wanted to laugh.

He wanted to turn around to thank the Penguin, but today, he used his consciousness to connect to An Qiao University’s Internet and communicated with various other apps. Now that all the apps on the mobile desktop kept quiet, he felt really sleepy.

His body was so tired that he could hardly even raise his hand.

Wen Fan somehow managed to make his way back to the ‘Sims’ mansion. The moment he was beside his bed, he went to sleep as soon as his head touched the bed.

Outside the phone, Lou Wei was still busy working on his computer. It was past eight o’clock in the evening when Lou Wei pinched his eyebrows and stopped working. He had been editing the audio files for six hours straight.

Wen Fan’s sound source is ready. 

It took only a few days to build an anthropomorphic sound source that includes almost all the tones and words that one would use. Only Lou Wei of Yuan Cheng Technology could do this.

He definitely put in some enormous effort into this.

By the time Lou Wei who had been using too much of his eye power left the computer, he felt that his eyes were dizzy and the objects in front of him were a little blurry.

On the top level,  the green owl from ‘Zhi Xue.com’ app was hanging upside down when it was asleep. It rested its claws on the upper edge of the app, snoring in an upside-down posture.

Lou Wei stared at the mansion for a long while before reaching out his hand to turn off all the alarm clocks and muted the phone. He then gently locked the phone screen to let Wen Fan sleep peacefully.

After doing all this, Lou Wei leaned on the back of the office chair and recalled how Wen Fan said he felt bored while he attended the event this morning. The image of Wen Fan’s head drooping was still clear in his head. Lou Wei sat in front of the table in meditation for a while. He picked up another mobile phone and walked to the corridor outside the room to call Lin Xiao.

When the call was connected, there was a lot of noise. Lou Wei could hear the roars of adults, the noise of children, followed by a series of footsteps. It seemed that Lin Xiao moved away from the place just now with his phone.

Lin Xiao, “Boss?”

Just as  Lin Xiao was trying to figure out what Lou Wei meant, he heard Lou Wei’s deep voice, “Well, I wanted to develop one that can scan the image of a human character, copy their appearance, and automatically turn the image into a character of the mobile game. Of course, one needs the approval of the other party by means of identity approval or purchase before copying his/her appearance

But the biggest challenge with this business opportunity is to tackle the first step of how to successfully ‘extract the appearance of a human being’ and create a 3D human image at a very fast speed.

He wanted everyone to be able to get scanned and became a character on the mobile phone. He wanted to make all those who loved playing mobile games couldn’t resist but install this RPG mobile game and develop their favorite characters.

This way, even if Wen Fan can’t get out of the phone, he can live without hiding anymore. He could show Wen Fan generously to others and no one would doubt Wen Fan’s human appearance and his true identity.

 Zhao Mengke immediately interrupted Lin Xiao. “Why aren’t you eating ro…roast…roast…roasted chicken? Why are you out here? Do you really think that you are a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle who doesn’t need to eat?”

Lin Xiao, “You better watch your language, the other end of the phone is—” 

Zhao Mengke, “Come! Come! Follow me back inside. Even if you really want to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, you aren’t even as green as them and you don’t have a blindfold. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are all green…green…”

Lou Wei, “.”

Lin Xiao, “…”

Even by covering his mouth, Zhao Mengke couldn’t stay still. He kept shaking his head and fooled around. Lou Wei could hear his voice on the phone. Being Zhao Mengke’s old classmate for so many years, Lou Wei knew how he behaved after he was drunk. He stopped discussing the topic.  “We’ll talk about the rest tomorrow. You can take care of him first.”

Lin Xiao hung up the phone obediently.

Lou Wei put away the phone, pushed the door, and walked into the study. Even though he knew that Wen Fan in the phone might not be able to feel it, he still picked up the phone very gently and took him back into the bedroom.

 He then put Wen Fan next to his pillow, shut his eyes, and dozed off.

When Wen Fan woke up the next day, he was not awake because of the alarm clock, nor did anyone wake him up. After he was fully awakened, he went to the bathroom to wash up before leaving the room and walked out of the villa. He realized that the sun was already high up in the sky.

The world outside of his mobile phone is no longer Lou Wei’s study or bedroom. He was in his office now.

As soon as Wen Fan appeared on the screen, Lou Wei spotted him.

The man turned to his side and lowered his head to face Wen Fan. Without waiting for Wen Fan to react, he casually opened the closet next to him and changed Wen Fan into a ragdoll animal suit.

It was a delicate and gorgeous punk outfit with a black leather jacket with rivets, high-cut boots, and a black leather collar tightly clasped around Wen Fan’s neck. On top of Wen Fan’s head was a pair of triangular cat ears that were realistic enough to shake freely. And a big fluffy white tail was attached to the back of the outfit.

The extravagance and elegance of the ragdoll were a perfect combination with the punk style that displayed handsomeness. Wen Fan stared at his attire in a daze. The big tail behind him swayed from side to side, it was so soft that it seemed as though it could simply tickle the heart of others.

Lou Wei hasn’t said anything yet. The fat penguin beside Wen Fan had already rushed over with red hearts in its eyes. He hugged Wen Fan’s tail frantically rubbed his body against it. He wished he could use Wen Fan’s cat’s tail as a blanket and wrap himself inside the fluffy ball.

The penguin was still grabbing onto Wen Fan’s tail. He couldn’t help but staggered a few steps. He felt a little embarrassed by Lou Wei’s quiet gaze. He couldn’t help but cleared his throat slightly, “Good morning.”

Lou Wei nodded, “Morning.”

The man’s usual deep magnetic voice made Wen Fan’s ears go soft. The cat’s ears on the top of his head couldn’t help but trembled a bit. The small hairs on the tips of the ears stood upright.

This voice is too teasing, thought Wen Fan.

He quickly turned his head away to break away from meeting gaze with Lou Wei. He looked at the computer that was turned on next to Lou Wei, and recalled what Lou Wei was doing before he fell asleep yesterday. He couldn’t help but ask, “About…the sound source…”

He looked up at Lou Wei while Lou Wei lowered his head to look at Wen Fan.

Lou Wei stared at the tiny man with his wide-eyed eyes looking expectantly at him. He looked at the fluffy tail fluttering behind Wen Fan and felt like he was scratched by the cat’s paw in the deepest part of his heart. Even his voice had become unnatural, “It’s done.”

“So quick?!” Wen Fan couldn’t sit still when he heard the good news. He ran to the phone screen and leaned his hand to the screen while he looked at Lou Wei through the glass. The speech bubbles above his head became excited and even started shaking, “That means I am able to talk now?”

Lou Wei stared at his happy face and he felt that even his mood seemed to be good too. He wasn’t even aware that a smile appeared at the corner of his mouth. “Yeah.”

He pointed on his computer screen at the sound source folder that he had already moved to the desktop and whispered to Wen Fan, “But I still need your program code, otherwise, I won’t be able to establish a connection to insert the sound source data. “

Following his gaze, Wen Fan stared at the sound source folder on the computer desktop. His gaze was similar to those of a worshipper with eyes filled with sincere prayers.

Although the sound source was just within reach, Wen Fan realized that he had no clue how to transmit his data code to Lou Wei. This is exactly like a person who was starving to death found an Oasis and later found out that the water was poisonous and he didn’t bring a water purifier along.

He closed his eyes and dived into deep thought.  He tried to perceive the data code on his body but found nothing.

For the very first time, Wen Fan realized that this body that was connected to the Internet is not omnipotent.

But there is also one possibility——

That this is the restriction imposed on him by the mysterious force that turned him from a human into a system. After all, Wen Fan doesn’t understand the composition of his own code, thus he will never find a way to unlock his own code. In this case, he would not be able to escape from the electronic system.

Wen Fan felt a little discouraged when he thought about this.

Even the cat’s ears on the top of his head stopped moving and drooped in disappointment. The big cat tail behind him dropped to the ground. The penguin who was still playing under his tail was instantly crushed to the ground.

Penguin, “Yikes OnO!”

The penguin is so fat that its big belly was the first part of its body that touched the ground before its head. The penguin’s legs were so short that they were almost invisible.  Its big brown-yellow feet could only flutter in mid-air in a suspended state, and it couldn’t step on the ground, nor balance itself stand up again. It maintained its current posture like a duck egg lying awkwardly on the ground, trembling.

At times when it struggled too hard, it would even roll around the ground. But it still couldn’t get up.

At first, Wen Fan was still worried about his own problems, but seeing the penguin’s clumsy actions, he couldn’t help but laughed and reached out to help the penguin get up.

The penguin, whose feet finally touched the ground, let out a long sigh of relief. It flapped its wings and wiped the imaginary sweat on his head. It then reached into the pocket of the Mei Tuan Kangaroo’s to search for something. The kangaroo shot an extremely unpleasant glance at it. It pulled out a plate of chicken curry rice from the kangaroo’s pocket and gobbled it in the name of comforting its “frightened” little heart.

As a result, the kangaroo flipped the whole plate of curry chicken rice onto the penguin’s chubby face. The curry sauce flowed down the penguin’s cheeks, and some even got onto its red scarf.

The fat penguin licked its lips aggrievedly and ate up the curry paste around its lips. It then sobbed until it hiccuped, “QuQ!” 

The penguin was pitiful. Wen Fan took a big white bowl from ‘Kou Bei’ APP from the red APP shelf beside him, and filled the bowl with the giant droplet of water from ‘Water Droplet Donation’.

He brought it to the penguin and washed the curry paste off it.

The Mei Tuan Kangaroo stared at the penguin’s big teary eyes for a long while, and eventually took out a big bucket of ‘Family Bucket Deluxe Set’ from its pocket with a disgusted look and shoved it into the penguin’s arms.

“…” Wen Fan felt as if he was a teacher in the “young animal kindergarten”.

After he helped the penguin wipe its face, he noticed that Lou Wei had plugged the data cable into the phone to connect it with his computer.

Lou Wei felt Wen Fan’s gaze, and turned his head to look at him, “I’m going to transfer the sound source to the phone. Let’s try and see if you are able to capture the data.”

 Wen Fan nodded.

Both of them had no idea on how to install the sound source data. This is all they could do for now. 

He watched as the sound source folder was transferred from the computer to the phone. A message from the system popped up on top of the screen, notifying that the file had been received successfully. 

As soon as Wen Fan raised his hand to touch the notification box, he felt a strong current rushing through his arm into his palm.

It then penetrated his bones from his palm, spreading rapidly into the rest of his body.

Ever since Wen Fan became an anthropomorphic system, his body temperature has always been constant. Suddenly his body temperature began to rise rapidly. It seemed as though the electric current had burnt into his blood vessels, and had quickly caused his body to warm up. The heat extended all the way up to the top of his head. 

This feeling of being forcefully invaded made Wen Fan shivered.

Lou Wei could obviously tell that something was wrong when he saw Wen Fan’s expression. He frowned and looked at him nervously. “How do you feel… are you feeling okay?”

The man-sized him up and it seemed as if all the problems Wen Fan’s body were exposed under his penetrating gaze. But Wen Fan didn’t feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, he felt the warmth from being cared about by others. He shook his head, “No, I’m okay—”

Before he could finish his words, he opened his eyes wide and quickly raised his head to look at Lou Wei.

He tried to say another word, “…Lou Wei?”

The man outside the screen squinted at him.

“Yes?” Lou Wei said in a very soft voice, “I heard you.”
