There was a small dryer in the bathroom. Yin Yiliu first washed the little white dress and the little clothes she had taken from her space in warm water. Her fair and tender palms became red after scrubbing the clothes. She walked bare feet under the water stream to rinse the clothes.

It was a rare chance for her to take a bath in human form, and she didn’t know when the next time would be, so she was in a good mood.

After the long pink ears on top of her head were soaked, they hung down on both sides of her little face. Perhaps because her rabbit eyes were red, while her paw pads and her little nose were all pink, after changing into human form, her hair was a very soft, flaxen color with a crimson glow, making her look even less like an ordinary human girl.

Because the sound of running water in the bathroom was so loud, she rubbed bubbles while humming a tune quietly, thinking that the sound would be drowned out by the water and would not attract the attention of the people outside.

She wouldn’t have thought that Jin Yang had seemingly unintentionally passed by the bathroom door repeatedly, either to fetch a cup or wash his hands, so frequently that Zhao Sihui, who was washing the bedsheets, looked up a few times at him.

Jin Yang used his sensory evolved ability to capture the subtle movements in the bathroom, and his heart softened when he heard the soft humming of the milky voice inside.

When he was a child, he had looked forward to the arrival of his sister. He used to stand beside his mother’s belly and listen to the sounds inside, swearing in his heart that he would take good care of her.

However, after his sister was born, she was not the beautiful little angel he had thought she would be. She would cry and break her dolls, tell their mother that he was the one who did it, and tell their father about all the ‘evil deeds’ he had done.

Over time, Jin Yang’s heart hardened. No one cared about him, no one liked him, and the sister he had anticipated was not what he had expected.

From the beginning to the end, he was alone.

But when a little rabbit suddenly broke into his life, when the little fella followed him every step of the way, worried for his safety, and tried her best to make him happier and better, Jin Yang felt that his world was not all black.

It was pretty ridiculous to admit that a rabbit had gradually surpassed everything in his heart and become the most important thing in his life.

So when he found out that the little fella could transform into a human, he was neither curious nor afraid. It didn’t matter to him what or who Bunbun was, as long as she was always by his side.

When she was a rabbit, he would take care of her and raise her well; when she was a little girl, he would learn how to raise a baby and become a good parent.

The little fella had been in the bathroom for a little too long, so Jin Yang couldn’t help but feel a little worried. When he was still hesitating at the door, he heard the singing stopped, and the sound of running water came to a halt as well.

He walked light-footedly into the bedroom as if nothing had happened. The little fella was so careful not to let people discover her secret, he didn’t want to make Bunbun feel embarrassed.

Yin Yiliu had no idea that Jin Yang had been lingering outside the door for quite some time. After putting on her underwear that had been dried from the dryer, she tried to put on the freshly washed small shirt and skirt, and then turned back into a rabbit.

The clothes she had taken from her space were crimson, and the workmanship was exquisite. The top was a small jacket skirt with diagonal buttons, and the bottom was a skirt that reached to her ankles. Her round tail ball would not be pressed. 1

She touched her body after she had transformed into a rabbit and was pleasantly surprised to discover that her guess had been correct. Her clothes did not fall off after she transformed into a rabbit. Instead, it would be hidden and remain on her body until she reverted to human form.

Did this mean that she’d be able to wear all of the cute dresses in her space in the future?

Yin Yiliu didn’t dare to delay for too long. She quietly unlocked the door,  shook her fur, and walked out of the bathroom wet.

Zhao Qiyang had been ecstatic to find a desktop computer in the bedroom and was busy setting it up in his room. The washing machine rumbled in the room, and Zhao Sihui was cooking dinner in the kitchen.

With her ears drooped down, the little rabbit’s wet little nose trembled. She looked around but couldn’t find Jin Yang. Somehow, when the person who had always been within sight suddenly disappeared, she felt a faint sense of loss.

As soon as she stepped out of the bathroom, she was picked up by a huge, fluffy dry towel behind her, as if she had fallen into a soft cloud, and her body rose into the air.

She kicked her little feet in the towel, and when she turned around, she found that it was Jin Yang.

The man’s hair had completely dried, and he was once again enveloped in coldness. He stared at the wet little fella in the towel with his pale golden pupils.

Yin Yiliu wasn’t sure if it was her imagination, but she thought that she saw a hint of disapproval in Jin Yang’s eyes. His brows were slightly wrinkled, but the movements of his hands were very gentle, wiping the wet fur on her body.

Jin Yang wanted to reproach her, but when he remembered that the little fella was not a real human, he swallowed his words.

Bunbun had now become a little girl, so he didn’t dare to let the little fella catch a cold. In his impression, children were soft and weak creatures, as if they could catch a cold and fever with the gust of a wind, which was tricky and difficult to deal with.

But when it was Bunbun, he didn’t find it annoying. He was merely worried that she would catch a cold if she came out wet.
