Niu Ying felt like her face was burning. The two middle-level evolved people around her, who were her father’s subordinates, were responsible for ensuring her safety.

She stomped her feet angrily, pointed at Zhao Sihui and said, “Brother Wang, Brother Zhao, I want that pet!”

The two evolved people exchanged helpless glances at each other. How could they not know that the woman in front of them was one of the members of Team Morning Sun — the current famous team of evolved people?

Boss Niu had specifically instructed them to recruit this group of people to their side, but who knew that they would fight with Young Miss over a rabbit?

One of the men in a green camouflage uniform frowned and leaned in closer. When he saw Zhao Sihui’s vigilant expression, he whispered, “Give it to her, it’s just a rabbit.”

Zhao Sihui smiled bitterly in her heart. If Yin Yiliu was just an ordinary rabbit, it wouldn’t hurt to give it to Niu Ying, but she was an existence Jin Yang held dearest in his heart. If she had gone missing from her hands, Jin Yang would probably tear her apart!

Seeing that Zhao Sihui merely furrowed her brows, and long thorns sprouted from the palm of her hand like vines, the two men frowned. Why was she so stubborn? It was just an animal.

From the shoulder down, his hands had transformed into flat and wide claws, scratching Zhao Sihui’s cheek while she was dodging.

Zhao Sihui scolded angrily, “Despicable!”

The two adult men actually started attacking a woman at the same time. She gritted her teeth and narrowly escaped the attack; her cheeks scratched by sharp fingernails.

When the man with atavistic evolution saw Zhao Sihui dodging, he grabbed the little white rabbit beside her. He was about to launch his attack when the little white dumpling suddenly moved.

In the next second, the man felt a sharp pain in his palm, and a roar resounded through the empty corridor. He retracted his hand and found that his palm had been pierced by an unknown object and was bleeding.

His partner who was standing by his side looked surprised, “What’s going on?”

He covered his bloodied palm and looked at the extremely agile little white dumpling, who had turned around and fled. “We miscalculated,” he said, gritting his teeth. “It’s a mutated animal!”

They saw that the rabbit was surprisingly small, and sat there obediently and innocently. Who would have guessed that it was a fierce beast capable of attacking with its claws?

Yin Yiliu knew that fighting with the two evolved people would have only disadvantages and no advantages. Zhao Qiyang was still in surgery, and the little wolf’s injury had not been fully treated. If they had started a commotion outside the ward, the people inside would definitely be affected.

After landing one hit, she dashed into the winding corridor. While running, she took a look at the back, and sure enough, the two evolved people had given up on Zhao Sihui and were hot on her tail.

The two big men subconsciously hid the abnormal parts of their bodies and asked in as soft of a tone as possible, “Don’t be afraid, we are not bad people. Did you see anything just now?”

The little girl’s eyes were very big, and when she lifted her fair and soft face, she sobbed in a milky voice, “Woo… Niuniu doesn’t know… I want to wee-wee…”

The two men had awkward expressions on their faces, but their eyes kept staring at the ward behind the little girl. They suspected that when the little girl came out, that living ball of creature had taken the opportunity to run inside.

The little girl in the red dress pouted and looked at the two men, and then ran out of the corner, as if she was really, really afraid and needed to go wee-wee.

The atavistic evolved person stepped forward, walked to the door, and abruptly opened it. There was no one inside. The bed was neatly made, and the blanket was folded tidily. There was no sign of any sick parents!
