After Bai Yueguang became aware of Yuan Zhan’s identity, there was a little change in his attitude. He directly entered the office, making it clear that he had previously obtained Yan Jingxi’s tacit approval.

“Is Jingxi away? The assistant said that he was in the office.”

Yan Jingxi was puzzled: “Why would I be angry at you? What’s the matter?”

Bai Yueguang: “It’s all right, what about the parking space issue?”

Yan Jingxi turned his head to look at Yuan Zhanqi but the latter was looking at him with a slight smile. Yan Jingxi’s scalp went numb when he realized Yuan Zhanqi was watching him: “I just learned from the assistant that the parking spot belongs to an important senior in our company, so I will find another one for you later.”

Bai Yueguang knitted his brows in distress and then eventually relaxed: “So it was like this, also are we going to eat lunch together?”

Quite evidently, Bai Yueguang directly regarded Yuan Zhanqi to be transparent, probably because of Yan Jingxi’s attitude or possibly that Yan Jingxi had previously told him the matter between the two of them.

Yuan Zhanqi suddenly sneered at him and with a bit of a cold smiling expression, strikes back, “That’s the future Madam Yan who is about to take my position.”

Yan Jingxi’s face was so choked up by Yuan Zhan that his complexion became extremely ugly: “Yuan Zhanqi! What do you want?”

Yuan Zhanqi looked down at his watch: “Not much, I’m hungry. Let’s eat.” After he finished talking, without even looking at Yan Jingxi, he directly went to grab the backpack he had previously thrown on the table a moment ago and proceeded to leave.
