Chapter 32- Status: In Love

Ran Shu and Suihou Yu turned out to be the first group of guests to reach the second clue room.

From Ran Shu’s point of view, the maze environment is complicated and can only be completed by Suihou Yu alone. It takes a long time and it is already very difficult to pass smoothly. He did not expect other groups would be slower than them.

Since they were the first to arrive, they were first to look for clues there and take the lead.

The two were searching in the dark abandoned warehouse. There were many boxes in the warehouse. When Ran Shu was trying to find anything useful, he heard something knocking inside the box.

It has to be said that in the dark and terrifying environment, the sudden sound was somewhat frightening.

The sound was very close as if foretelling that something would rush out of the box to catch them.

Ran Shu paused: “Ah…enough…”

His heart couldn’t bear it.

Suihou Yu followed through the noise, hearing the rhythm of the knocking. He silently walked over, intending to pry open the box.

After working his way through cautiously, he found that there was a combination lock on the box. Suihou Yu tried to solve the combination according to the knocking sound, but it was not working.

They continued to search in the warehouse and finally saw words written in paint in the corner.

Suihou Yu looked at the question analysis and then directed Ran Shu to walk.

Ran Shu walked three steps to the left and five steps to the right according to Suihou Yu’s command, and finally stopped beside a box. He pushed the box open and saw a hint for the next place.

After repeating this several times, the last clue was to tap the rhythm as the answer, and they finally found the answer to the combination lock.

Going back to open the combination lock again, the NPC inside pretended to be dying, and handed them a ball of paper: “You…you must…get out…”

 And he passed out.

Ran Shu pinched his waist and looked at the NPC, muttering in a low voice, “Your… acting skills… need to be improved…”

The NPC laid down very well but broke out laughing.

Ran Shu pointed to the NPC and said to Suihou Yu: “Brother Yu, look at him, he smiled.”

“Stop teasing him.” Suihou Yu looked at the clue, “The clue we had before was the timetable. It should be the law of life of the hidden person, implying that he must go to a place at that time to continue the mechanism of this island. This time, the hint is the location of the place and the specific time.”

Ran Shu rarely understood: “That is to say, as long as we decipher the location and specific time, we can block the hidden person there. If the hidden person cannot pass by within the specified time, the mechanism of this island will collapse.”

“That’s right.” Suihou Yu remained serious as he carefully analyzed the location.

“I’ll get a medal for whatever I say this time.” Ran Shu said, searching for other clues more diligently.

Suihou Yu looked up at Ran Shu’s position and found the pen used by the NPC to write the note in the container. He imitated the handwriting and added something to it.

Then, he hid the pen back in the NPC’s pocket and then followed Ran Shu to continue searching.

At this time, Liu Xun and his athlete teammates entered the warehouse.

After entering, Liu Xun and his teammates were a little embarrassed, and they took a breather before greeting Ran Shu and the others.

Ran Shu gloated a little and walked over to ask, “What were your starting points?”

Liu Xun just gasped for breath and replied gloomily. “Forget it. Have you ever seen a zombie movie? Because that’s what it was.”

“Of course, I had.” Ran Shu didn’t say that he likes eschatological ABO best, though.

“Our starting point is an abandoned elevator, and there are mutants walking around outside our door. The clues are in the corridor. We can only avoid these mutants to find clues. If we are caught by them halfway, we will be imprisoned for ten minutes. They will not be able to go out again until they lose their memories of ten minutes ago.”

“They’re all pretending to be NPCs, what are you afraid of?” Ran Shu seemed to think that they were just doing something trivial.

Anyway, the person who experienced it was not him.

Liu Xun sighed: “Don’t mention it. There were only fifteen NPCs at the beginning. It was manageable enough since we can time when they come plus their actions were a bit slow. As a result, the investigation progressed smoothly. However, when props were used, their numbers doubled as well as their speed. It was a disaster. I thought we will never be able to finish.”

“Hahahaha!” Ran Shu finished listening and he couldn’t stop laughing. He turned around to drag Suihou Yu, “Justice descended from heaven!”

Liu Xun’s team this time is indeed very strong.

Liu Xun has the highest winning rate among the four guests, with enough brains and physical strength to keep up.

In addition, his teammate this time is a long-distance runner, so he should not be afraid of being born in this place.

This prop is definitely a blow to them.

Liu Xun observed Ran Shu’s expression for a while, then walked up to Ran Shu. He raised his arm to show Ran Shu: “Look, my clothes were torn by the NPC.”

The armpit of Liu Xun’s clothes was torn apart. There is a huge opening. The camera is obliquely in front, but Liu Xun’s figure can be clearly seen from Ran Shu’s angle.

Ran Shu just took a glance and was then dragged away by Suihou Yu.

“Do you want to exchange clues?” Suihou Yu raised his chin at them and asked.

Liu Xun noticed that Ran Shu was quickly distracted as if following what Suihou Yu said. Ran Shu just nodded along.

“What is the exchange method?” Liu Xun is not someone who trusts others easily, so naturally he has to ask a few more questions.

“Our first clue is the timetable.”

“…” Liu Xun looked at Suihou Yu. He hesitated for a while and said, “We have the mechanical schematic map.”

After Suihou Yu thought about it, he waved to Ran Shu: “Keep looking.”

“Are their clues useless?” Ran Shu asked strangely.

“Their clues should be used to close the island’s organ. It’s useless to exchange them. Let them close it when they find the location. Even if they don’t exchange it, they will go to close it. After all, they have to get out too.”

“That’s right .”

Liu Xun watched the two of them leave. He spread his hands and asked, “Is this the end of the conversation?”

“You are useless.” Ran Shu replied mercilessly.

Liu Xun could only enter the warehouse with his teammates. He looked left and right and said, “Why is there a person lying here?”

“We’ve got the clue from him, and we’ve got a lot of it, so we’re waiting to catch the turtle in the urn.” Ran Shu danced with excitement when he answered, as if he had basically won.

Suihou Yu silently searched for other clues, and didn’t want to remind him that the two of them were the turtles in his mouth.

After Ran Shu made sure that there would be no surprises here, his movements became much more agile. He even climbed to the top of the pile of boxes to look for clues.

Liu Xun climbed up and helped him hold one of the boxes: “I’ll hold it, you go in.”

Following Hou Yu, who had been looking not far away, heard a noise nearby. He took a few steps back and immediately called out, “Ran Shu.”

“Ah?!” Ran Shu stopped searching and turned to look at Suihou Yu.

“Give me a hand.”

“Here I come!” Ran Shu climbed down quickly as flexible as a monkey that is good at climbing.

Liu Xun took a look and could only stay there alone to search.

After he went down, he saw Suihou Yu find a roll of tape from the corner of the warehouse. He walked towards Liu Xun, tore it open, and signaled to him: “Come here.”

Liu Xun understood immediately. He walked over to cooperate, and let Suihou Yu stick the tape on the damaged part of his clothes.

When leaving the second station, Ran Shu and Suihou Yu went aside to adjust the equipment.

After confirming that there was no recording for the time being, Ran Shucai asked in a low voice: “Brother Yu, do you not like Liu Xun either?”

“I’m afraid that if your husband sees it, you’ll need another IV drip.”

“…” Ran Shu was startled, and hurriedly asked, “How do you know that Sang Xian doesn’t like Liu Xun?”

“How can he like a man who is interested in you??”

“Huh? Liu Xun is interested in me?”

“…” Suihou Yu looked at Ran Shu speechless for a while. “He made up your first two seasons a few days ago.”

“It shouldn’t be. You just watched The more interesting clips after editing. I participated in the whole process, it’s nothing!” Ran Shu looked puzzled.

Suihou Yu continued to adjust the equipment and didn’t want to say anything more.

Ran Shu didn’t give up, and continued to ask: “Brother Yu, have you watched the slow-motion editing of the soundtracks of CP fans? They can cut out everything. We wear two completely different brands, but the clothes are slightly of the same color. They said was a couple outfit.”

“Ran Shu.” Suihou Yu asked him puzzled, “How did you find out that Sang Xian liked you?”

“He kissed me.”

“Before then, what do you think? Does he like you?”

Ran Shu thought about it carefully, before he was kissed suddenly, he hadn’t thought about this aspect… He just thought that Sang Xian was quite a nice person, not as annoying as before.

Ran Shu was taken aback by this question and finally realized that he might not be really good at this.

He continued to think hard and the result of his thinking was: “Then Liu Xun is definitely an idiot. He likes me and can make me hate him like this. Not to mention the fact that he is also a talent.”

Suihou Yu rarely really cares about Ran Shu and Sang Xian things.

This time it was a rare surprise.

He persuaded: “Sang Xian is your boss now, if he is jealous enough to make you quit this reality show and intervene in your career, the two of you will not break up in a petty way. So now you don’t stimulate that person who has psychological problems, understand?”

Sang Xian usually looks fine, but he is a person with psychological barriers after all.

That time, Sang Xian went out to sea without authorization on a rainy day, which indirectly caused Hou Mo’s father to die, causing Sang Xian to feel so guilty that he developed psychological problems.

In high school, Sang Xian purposely dropped a grade to join Hou Mo in the same grade group, just to keep an eye on Hou Mo and offer help when Hou Mo needed it so as to make up for his inner guilt.

Actually, Hou Mo didn’t need it at all.

Hou Mo knew that Sang Xian wanted to make amends out of guilt, and everything was to show kindness, but being paranoid to this extent would become Hou Mo’s burden instead.

But Hou Mo’s refusal to alienate would have stimulated Sang Xian’s illness to relapse, crying, self-mutilation, suicide…

But Hou Mo shows a refusal to alienate, which will stimulate Sang Xian to have a relapse, cry, self-harm, and commit suicide.

If it were not for the merger of the two schools, Ran Shu wouldn’t have diverted Sang Xian’s attention. Sang Xian would have continued to be so paranoid.

What Sang Xian has done before has proved that he is an extremely difficult man.

Really touched his psychological sensitivity, he will not care about the feelings of the troubled people, he will only stick to his own stubborn ideas.

Therefore, Sang Xian became Hou Mo’s biggest burden back then.

If he doesn’t handle it well, Ran Shu will also be treated so paranoidly by Sang Xian.

Ran Shu finally understood what Suihou Yu meant and nodded seriously.

After sorting out the equipment, he thoughtfully followed Suihou Yu to the next location.

On the way, they saw Liu Xun’s team following them and speeding up.

Ran Shu and Suihou Yu didn’t communicate with each other. They accelerated together and started to run wildly, with a tacit understanding.

Upon seeing their posture, Liu Xun and his teammate chased after them frantically.

Miraculously, on the way, the long-distance runner failed to catch up with the two of them immediately.

The four entered the elevator one after the other. Suihou Yu dragged Ran Shu to move quietly. They left the moment the elevator door was about to close, and then went out to pull down the switch.

Liu Xun and his teammates stood inside the transparent elevator door, watching in amazement that Suihou Yu and Ran Shu bypassed the elevator and walked up the stairs.

And their elevator doors won’t open, they won’t go up. They’re stuck here.

“Is there a mechanism here?!” The long-distance runner asked in surprise.

“Maybe it was suggested by the clues Suihou Yu found at the last station…” Liu Xun sighed, “We can only wait for the next group to see if they have a conscience and are willing to rescue us.” Liu Xun stood in the transparent glass of the elevator. He watched the two people go away and could see that Suihou Yu was taking Ran Shu away from him.

Why did his friends see it, but Ran Shu himself didn’t realize it at all?
