Chapter 326 – My Daughter Is Likely A Green Tea (part 15)

Li Su didn’t say anything, but Su Jing’an winked at Su Jingwan. Since childhood, his older sister’s suitors had never stopped. As her younger brother, he also benefited a lot, even with that idiot, Yang Luoluo.

However, he stood firm and was never bought off by sugar-coated bullets.

Su Jingwan glared at Su Jing’an when she saw that he was being honest. She turned to look at Li Su and was quietly relieved when she saw that she didn’t say anything else.

In fact, she knew that the transfer student liked her. Otherwise, why would he send her papers and cakes at night? If it was something else valuable, she would not accept it because she was afraid that her mother would be unhappy if she found out. The piano incident from last time was still fresh in her memory.

But she really needed these papers, so she took them.

Fortunately, mum was not angry.

Li Su didn’t think too much about it. There were classmates who helped each other.

Luo Heng behaved normally after arriving at school. He didn’t say anything about returning the lunch box. Su Jingwan didn’t even have a chance to thank him.

During the exercise between classes, Su Jingwan received a WeChat message from Luo Heng, asking if she had done a paper last night and how she felt.

Su Jingwan thought for a while, then bowed her head and replied, ‘I only did a paper on mathematics, and it was very good. The topic is very novel. Thank you!’

Luo Heng smiled. “This is the monthly exam paper. I will get it next month. I’ll bring it to you if you need it. By the way, I have cleaned that lunch box and will send it to you tonight! The soup was very delicious. Thank you.”

Su Jingwan thought for a long time, and then sent: ‘Okay.’

At 8 that night, Luo Heng appeared downstairs again at the Su family ‘s house. In addition to returning the lunch box, he brought a small cake. “Did you like the honey mousse last time? This time I brought a Black Forest. It tastes good and you shouldn’t gain weight easily from this.”

Su Jingwan didn’t answer. “I’ve already thanked you for bringing me this paper. I don’t need this cake. I don’t have anything to give you.”

“Who said you had nothing? Your soup tasted very good. I haven’t had such good home-cooked soup for a long time. Is there any more? If there is, please give me some more. This time, I brought my own lunch box,” Luo Heng said with a grin.

Su Jingwan looked at him, then said after a long time, “Yes, wait here.” After speaking, she took the lunch box and prepared to go upstairs.

“Wait a minute. Take the cake!” Under the light, Luo Heng smiled softly.

Su Jingwan reached out to take the cake, turned around, then went upstairs.

Luo Heng watched Su Jingwan leave, content. Su Jingwan lowered her head and wondered what he was thinking. Li Su came back and saw her standing at the entrance of the corridor in a daze. Li Su walked up and waved her hand in front of Su Jingwan. “Jingwan, What are you thinking about? Isn’t it cold out here?”

“Mum! Why are you so early today?” Su Jingwan came back to her senses. She quickly took Li Su’s arm, and the mother and daughter walked back.

“Is it the classmate who gave you the papers again?” Li Su asked.

“Mm. He came to return the lunch box. He said our soup was delicious and he wanted to drink it, but this time he brought his own lunch box.” Su Jingwan was a little embarrassed. “He also brought me a small cake.”

Li Su smiled and said, “That’s fine. Are his parents not around?”

“It seems so. His parents are in XX city. He didn’t know why he was transferred here.” Su Jingwan said softly. At the same time, a strange thought came to her heart. Could it be because of her that he transferred here? Then she smiled and shook her head. She thought this idea was too ridiculous. She was so narcissistic. Did she think that she was the heroine of a romance drama?

“No wonder. It’s nothing. Anyway, your Grandma Zhao cooks soup every day. If your classmate wants to eat some, then he can come and get it,” Li Su said with a smile.

“Mm.” Su Jingwan nodded.

The two of them had no interaction at school during the day, even though everyone could tell that Luo Heng liked Su Jingwan. But at night, when the time came, the two of them would be downstairs at the Su family’s house. One would bring cake, the other, soup. After a few words, Luo Heng went back, satisfied.

One night, Luo Heng was drinking soup while watching a video of Su Jingwan that he secretly filmed on his cell phone. Suddenly, a fucking video invitation popped up on the screen of his cell phone.

Luo Heng connected the call. “Hey son? How are you doing lately? Yeah, are you drinking soup? Who cooked it? Son, mum told you that the things outside aren’t clean and that you should not eat them. If you want to drink soup, then mum will hire an aunt for you tomorrow to cook soup for you!”

If it was before, Luo Heng would definitely hang up the video impatiently. But, under the influence of Jingwan, he had already learned how to get along with his parents. “Mum, you have so many questions. Which one do you want me to answer?!”

“Okay, okay. Mum won’t talk anymore. You should talk. Talk!”

“I’m fine. Mum, you don’t have to worry. You don’t need to hire another aunt. There are too many people and it’s annoying. It’s fine now,” Luo Heng said patiently.

“That’s good, that’s good. Son, when are you planning on coming back? Didn’t you say you were going over there to relax?” Mother Luo carefully observed her son’s face.

“Go back? Why do I have to go back when I’m living here well? I will be alone if I go back. You are performing abroad, and dad is busy with company affairs. No one here knows who I am, and I get along very well with my classmates. I won’t go back!” The reason why Luo Heng transferred here was because he didn’t get along well with his classmates at school before. He was injured and hospitalised because of it. Luo Heng just came back at that time and took the opportunity to propose to transfer here.

Luo Heng lived here with his grandfather for a while when he was a child. It was a famous livable city with beautiful mountains, clear waters, and an elegant environment.

Mother and Father Luo thought about it for a few days and agreed.

Mother Luo sighed after hearing this. “Okay, mum will go back to China next week. I will see you then. If you need anything, remember to call your parents. Later, mum will transfer some money to you. If you need anything, go buy it. Don’t wrong yourself.”

“Understood. Mum, you should also pay attention to your health and take care of yourself when you are abroad,” Luo Heng instructed.

When Mother Luo heard this, she was very upset. “Okay, mum will hang up. Goodbye.”

After hanging up the phone, Mother Luo sighed. “What do you think happened to our son?”

“What else could it be? He fell in love with a female student!” Father Luo was sitting on the opposite sofa.

“But, they haven’t met before.” Mother Luo was full of doubts, but she still picked up her phone and transferred money to her son.

“Probably because she’s pretty. It’s human nature. I’ve had someone investigate that girl. She’s clean. She’s good at studying and she’s good-looking. The most important thing is that she is dedicated to learning, clean, and self-disciplined. She’s a good girl. She’s much better than those girls before. Besides, you have also seen that the relationship between them is that of just ordinary classmates. Our son has an unrequited love.” Seeing this, Father Luo picked up his cell phone and ordered the secretary to transfer some money to his son.

“Aren’t I afraid of delaying my son?” Mother Luo said.

“Because of the injury, our son took a break from school for half a year. Now he is just right. Besides, Luo Heng is smart, so he will definitely be fine with his studies. You have to trust him!” Father Luo picked up his phone and stood up. “Okay, I have a plane to Germany to catch for business discussions, so I’ll go first. Take care of your health and take good care of yourself.”

“You too.” Mother Luo stood up. After a short hug, the husband and wife separated.

Mother Luo sighed. The husband and wife hadn’t seen each other for more than a month, and when they finally met this time, they didn’t stay together for more than twenty minutes. This kind of family raised Luo Heng with an indifferent personality. This was the first time she saw him being so enthusiastic about a person.

Mother Luo looked at the table, which was covered with photos. In one of them, under the dim streetlight, the boy looked at the girl opposite him with a smile on his face. He was holding a lunch box in his hand.

Forget it. If this girl could make her son laugh like this. Then she, as a mother, would not be a villain.

Originally, children’s love was whimsical and it wouldn’t last long. Besides, a child as old as her son had a rebellious mentality. The more you didn’t let him do something, the more he would do it! It was better to let nature take its course and avoid destroying the relationship between mother and child.

Luo Heng didn’t pay much attention to his parents. In his previous life, Jingwan was nothing and had nothing. In the end, she won the hearts of his parents with her own charisma. What’s more, in this life, Jingwan was so good, so she would be fine!

Luo Heng was very confident in Jingwan’s interpersonal skills!

Luo Heng looked affectionately at Su Jingwan on the phone and smiled.

The semester was coming to an end soon. Su Jingwan was still the first in class and first in grade. Luo Heng also had good grades. He was ninth in class and thirty-first in grade.

Everyone could see Luo Heng’s state in class. He did his homework very perfunctorily. Just like that, he unexpectedly got such an excellent result. This surprised many people.

Among these people, only Su Jingwan was not surprised. As she interacted with Luo Heng these days, she knew that Luo Heng’s results weren’t just a one-time thing. He could easily solve some problems that she thought were too difficult. The gap between her and Luo Heng was not small. It was a fluke that she was the first.

But Su Jingwan did not admit defeat. She would definitely try her best to catch up. She wanted to be number one.

When Su Jingwan came home, she happened to see Li Su rubbing her forehead. “What’s wrong, mum?”

”Ask that brat!” Li Su said angrily.

Su Jingwan looked at Su Jing’an and Yang Luoluo, who were standing beside them silently. She saw the report card on the table: Chinese 99, full marks in mathematics, and full marks in English. “You did pretty well in the exam? What’s wrong?” Then, she looked to the side. Although Yang Luoluo’s report card was not very good, she passed anyway.

“It’s not bad to be number one in the class, but this stupid kid got into a fight at school because the other party said bad things about Luoluo.” Li Su rubbed her forehead.

Yang Luoluo flinched. She unconsciously grabbed Su Jing’an’s sleeve, wanting to hide behind Su Jing’an. Su Jing’an took a step forward, protecting Yang Luoluo behind him. “It has nothing to do with Luoluo. It was Yan Tingwei who went too far. He said Luoluo is a fool, an idiot! Tsk, he doesn’t have much higher points than Luoluo himself. How is he qualified to say that to Luoluo!”

“Even if the other party was at fault first, you can’t just fight with someone just because you disagree!” Li Su said angrily.

Su Jing’an raised his head. “Luoluo is with me. I have the responsibility to protect her and not let people bully her! Otherwise, how can I be the boss?!”

Li Su laughed back angrily. Just as she was about to speak, Su Jingwan received a call from Yang Lulu. She then said with a smile, “Mum, Lulu called and said that we should not worry. It has been dealt with. Children fighting is normal. If you still feel sorry, just buy something and go to his house to apologise. In the end, the other party was at fault in this matter.”

“One person does the work and the other person is responsible. If I want to make an apology, I will do it!” Su Jing’an said.

“This is a bit manly!” Li Su rolled her eyes and smiled. She didn’t take it seriously at first. It was Su Jing’an’s fault for beating someone. They could apologise, but she didn’t think that Su Jingwan was wrong.

If the other party’s parents were not forgiving, she was not afraid. If the other party’s parents didn’t care about it, then it would be the best outcome. She also didn’t mind taking the initiative to apologise so the two sides could turn the fight into friendship.
