In front of the photo booth zone, it was written that men are banned from using the machine alone. It seems that this attraction is catering to groups of women and couples.

I heard that it is like this now because there used to be some guys sneakily taking photos of the girls when they were using the machine from the gap in between the curtain in the past. Well, that’s alright since I and Masato would never come here by ourselves anyway.

“Alright! It’s free right now so let’s get in!”

“Ok, wait, it cost 500 yen!? Isn’t that too expensive!?”

“Ehh? You think so? It’s the same price as a glass of bubble tea though!”

“I wouldn’t know since I have never drunk it before but it costs 500 yen for a glass of bubble tea now huh……”

Well, I mean that price would be cheap considering that you can edit the photo with some cute characters and filters, you can even print the photos out on the spot or send them to your phone. Still, there’s a similar function you can use on your phone for free so it’s not strange to think that it is expensive.

That being said, this kind of price should be fine especially because it’s a photo booth. A 500 yen fee is like a minimum price for when you want to make some memories at a festival or an amusement park after all.

“Then I’m starting the camera okay…….you boys are tall so get behind us! Alright, PEACE!”

“Eh? O, Oh!”

The machine counted down 3, 2 , 1, and flashed. It seems that the machine can take 4 shots per run. The machine kept taking pictures of us as we alternate our poses and switching positions.

“Alright! Next, let’s decorate it! Reika! Here’s a pen!”

“Yes! I’m ready!”

Then, the taken photos were displayed.

……..they had already been processed so that everyone’s eyes would seem bigger than normal.

I used to take pictures using a photo booth together with my little sister in the past but it does make me think that technology has come a long way since then.

“First we should add the date right? Also, some graffiti.”

“Please let me…….I’m done!”

“Nn? Ahahaha! I don’t even know who this is anymore!”

“Eh? Pfft! Since when did you have cat ears, Seiya! Still, you look like an unsold lonely kitten at the pet shop you know.”

Now, Eihashi-san is adding some stamps to the photos while Ichinose-san started writing something down with the pen.

One could say that a photo booth picture should be like this but if you think about it normally then that would be too excessive.

Then, we finally arrived at the printing process.

“Alright! It prints two copies a piece so if we cut it in half then we will have enough for the four of us!”

“Alright, let’s split them for men and women then. I will have Masato give me mine tomorrow.”

“Then I will give this to Reika okay!”

“Understood. I will give it to you tomorrow!”

“Okay! We’ve already played a lot so how about we head home now? Or do you guys want to find someplace for dinner?”

Looking at the time, I think it would be around dinner time when I arrive home. Normally, if it’s already this late then I would eat out but……”

“Sorry, my eggs will expire today. I have to go home.”

“Damn……what a line from someone who can cook……..”

“Is that so. What about you? Reika? Are you going home too?”

“Hmm……there’s nothing that would expire at my place but I want to head home for today too.”

“Okay! Then let’s go home!”

And thus our day at the mall is about to come to an end.

“Ah, Eihashi-san, I’m not carrying anything so let me carry your bags.”

“Eh? It, it’s okay! This much is nothing at all!”

“It’s alright. This much is only natural when I go shopping with my sister after all.”

“Th, thank you very much……..”

Eihashi-san bought a set of clothes and she has a large plushy to bring home today so I should at least help her carry them. Our apartments are right next to each other after all.

“Ehh…..so natural……..Ah, what about your bags, Ichinose-san?”

“No, if I don’t carry something heavy in my hands now, I will have a sugar overload……”

“Nn? Masato is also empty-handed so you don’t have to refrain, you know Ichinose-san?”

“Well, that’s how it is.”

“Then carry this one for me okay!”

Eihashi-san is hugging the Nekousa in her arms so helping to carry her bag alone should be enough.

Also, mine and Eihashi-san’s places are relatively nearby but Masato’s house is quite far from here so Ichinose-san might have been reserved because of that.

“…..come to think of it, we have an exam coming up next week right.”

“Ahh, that’s right. I think it should be more tamed than the last one but I have been studying for it for the time being.”

“I haven’t started studying yet but I planned to study too!”

“Nope, not going to.”

Masato always skipped studying for exams so he might have really planned on not doing it.

“By the way, are we not going to hold a study group like last time?”

“Hmm…..the exam won’t cover that many subjects so there’s no need right?”

“Is that so. Will Hiura-kun comes if we hold a study group?”

“If Seiya doesn’t come then I guess I will pass too…….”

“I see, I see. Then we won’t be holding it this time huh! Feel free to ask me if you don’t understand anything okay!”

“Understood. I will do my best to keep my first place.”

After the exam, it will be summer vacation. So far, I have had a photoshoot session for only a few days during summer so I basically don’t have anything to do except taking my time reading the novels.

With this development, I can see that I will be invited out to play but that should be a great opportunity to have some fun time.

“We are going our separate ways here right?”

“That’s true. See you tomorrow.”

“Okay! See you tomorrow, I will message you later okay!”

“See you, Seiya!”

If we take a turn right here, it’s going to be our apartment so we said goodbye to Masato group. He has to walk twice the distance but, I guess he will be fine.

“Uh, Hiura-kun.”

“Nn? What is it?”

“Hiura-kun, are you uhh….about Asakura-san……..no, it’s nothing. I’m sorry.”

Eihashi-san tried to say something but she stopped herself.

“Nn? Well, I don’t really understand but okay…….”

“Thank you for walking me all the way here. It’s still bright out so I will be okay walking home by myself now……”

“Is that so? Then see you tomorrow.”

“Yes, see you tomorrow.”

I felt like Eihashi-san was acting strange today like she was being a little airhead and panicked a lot but maybe I was imagining it.

For the time being, I have an exam to study for so let’s get home.
