Transmigrated As The Big Boss’s Mobile System

All of a sudden, everything became quiet. Lou Wei could only hear his own breathing.

The progress of rearranging the audio frequency became smoother. He was able to work on it rather quickly.

Wen Fan wasn’t aware that his words could bring a tidal wave to the person outside the screen. Seeing that Lou Wei was starting to get busy, he started to play with the penguin.

The penguin and human pair were like landlords, watching how the APP characters get by with life on the APP shelf as if they were watching a sitcom.

When he got really bored of waiting, Wen Fan took out Bilibili TV and switched on the TV, preparing to browse the channels to watch something.

He didn’t expect that Bilibili had been automatically updated. The moment the TV turned on, the image of two teenage girls appeared. Musume 22 and 33 with blue hair held the little tv in the middle and jumped out from the TV. (T/N: Musume is a japanese term referring to girl)

At the top most APP shelf, the Alpaca from ‘Ban Chi Yuan’ sensed some movement. It extended its originally short neck to look downward but was pressed on its back forcefully by the ‘Zui You’ octopus beside it.

The Alpaca strived to extend its head to catch a glimpse of Ciyo. However, it was unable to move its body so it could only extend its neck very long and looked exactly like a real Alpaca. (T/N: Ciyo known as 二次元娘 in chinese was the one of the famous anime character in 二次元  and she was one of the icon of Bilibili TV)

And Masume 22 and 33 drew out two glasses of beer from the little TV. she passed one to Wen Fan and one to the QQ penguin. She said in a delicate voice, “Bilibili  (゜-゜)つロCheers~”

Wen Fan thanked the girl and took the glass of beer. He lowered his head to stare at the glass of beer in his hands. The color of the beer was beautiful and the glass was crystal clear. The beer in the glass swirled with the movement of his wrist and it flowed back and forth like a real liquid. However, he was unsure how it tasted.

Just when Wen Fan was still hesitating if he should drink it, the penguin beside him had already emptied the entire glass of beer. It was so satisfied that it rolled its eyes and tapped its tummy while he let out a burp. In the next second, it went out cold and slept with its back on the floor.

A gold spiral pattern indicating dizziness appeared on top of its head. A ‘zzZ’ speech bubble came out from its mouth.

Wen Fan, “…”

The two 22 and 33 Masume covered their mouth to laugh when they saw that the penguin was already fast asleep. They turned around and went back into the TV. When their images disappeared from the screen, the Bilibili TV was officially turned on, displaying the video selection page.

Wen Fan drew a blanket using ‘Qpaint Tencent’ and pulled the blanket over the penguin.

He then held the glass of beer in his hands while he watched the TV.

As he was watching and sipping the beer, he realized that he could actually taste the beer. The texture of the gas bubbles mixed with a faint hint of coolness was no different from the feelings that he usually felt when he was drinking beer. Moreover, the sensation was even more refreshing.

When Fen Wan finished his beer, he placed the glass that was thrown aside by the penguin and the glass in his hand on top of the TV. He then saw a fair and tender hand reaching out from the TV screen to collect the glasses on top of the TV.

…If it weren’t because of ‘Er Chi Yuan’ two dimensional art style, Wen Fan almost thought that it was Sadako coming for him.

After comforting himself for two seconds to calm himself down, he took a deep breath and relaxed his body and continued to watch TV. However, it was a pity that watching TV alone was less fun compared to watching it with friends. Wen Fan watched for a while and found it boring. He then turned off the Bilibili TV. 

But right at the moment, he heard something moving.

The world inside the mobile phone’s desktop was a completely sealed space that was silent. Any sound could only be emitted from the microphone and Wen Fan could then hear it through the screen. So once the sound was emitted, it was in 360° 3D surround effect. It was impossible to distinguish the direction from where it came from.

Thus, it took Wen Fan a long time to figure out that the source of the sound came from on top of his head. He lifted his head and saw a yellow octopus extending its tentacles to arrange the APP shelf on the desktop.

It placed all the APP with the same color on a shelf by categorizing them into ‘red, yellow, green, blue’. It then shifted the APP shelf with all the blue color APPs into the next page and moved itself to the other APP shelves containing the three other colors APP. 

It then slapped the *ss of ‘Octopus Input Method’ and it spat out a white little octopus to help it type. It then changed the name of the APP shelves with ‘red, yellow and green’ color APPs.

Wen Fan watched as the names of the three APP shelves were changed to, ‘Genius on the left’, Maniacs on the right’, ‘And I’m on the’.

‘Far right’. The octopus dragged its own APP frame to the far right of the APP shelf, which made it fit the last statement —

‘Genius on the left, Maniacs on the right, and I’m on the far right.’

Wen Fan was speechless. “.”

This was indeed a little octopus filled with entertainment cells in its body.

Lou Wei was busy all the way until nine in the evening. He was then being ushered by Lou Xia to take his dinner and continued to work until eleven at night.

By the time Lou Wei rubbed the center of his brows after he had finished arranging all the audio frequency and switched off his computer. He glanced at his mobile phone and noticed that the position of the APP on the desktop had been shifted. All the APP had been categorized except for the APP shelf on the ‘far right’.

Lou Wei looked at how the APP was categorized according to their colors and the new names given to the APP shelves, he couldn’t help but wonder –  ‘Wen Fan must be very bored staying inside the phone and he could only entertain himself by organizing the APPs.’

However, he never expected that Wen Fan’s favourite APP was the ‘far right’. He always thought that it was either QQ Penguin or the little TV.

Lou Wei still wanted to see Wen Fan. But he found that the tiny man had already slept. All the lights of the luxury villa of ‘The Sim’ that was clicked open and dragged to the centre of the screen were switched off. He couldn’t catch a glimpse of Wen Fan’s sleeping face. He wanted to open the window to see Wen Fan, but he was afraid that he might wake Wen Fan from the noise. He could only give up. 

The other APPs that could move around were also fast asleep. Even the QQ penguin who sketched on its free time was also in dreamland. A bubble exposing its dream appeared on top of its big head. In its dream, there was a QQ Penguin with pink ribbon holding hands with the fat penguin, swinging on the swing. Little pink hearts poured from their chest and the entire dream was filled with love.

Lou Wei couldn’t help but raise his eyebrows.

He then stared at the ‘The Sims’ luxury villa for a while before turning off the mobile phone that was about to turn into a zoo. He returned to his bedroom and rested.

 The next morning, Wen Fan was awake by the alarm clock on top of his head.

He almost passed out the moment he opened his eyes.

An alarm clock that was bigger than the roof of the house was stuck on his roof. Half of it was inside the room while the other half of it was exposed outside.

The gigantic second and minutes hands of the clock moved in front of him making a ‘click, click’ sound. He kept feeling that the hands wound hit him in the next second. 

Wen Fan used the fastest speed in his life to escape from the villa. He was then able to get a complete view of the alarm clock. The giant clock almost took up the whole screen and it was almost like the shell-shaped UFO in the movie ‘Arrival’.

It clearly didn’t destroy his villa but it went through the roof and rested on top of his roof..

If it wasn’t for him being a member of the mobile phone system, Wen Fan simply won’t believe that this sort of weird mystical thing would happen in front of his eyes.

The alarm clock was still ringing. The sound of its ringing filled the entire house.

Just when Wen Fan was still hesitating if he should turn off the alarm, a hand reached over and turned off the alarm instantly.

Wen Fan trailed his gaze along the slender yet powerful fingertip and met with Lou Wei’s half sleeping gaze.

Wen Fan flicked the tail behind him. He headed toward the mobile screen and leaned on the screen as he stared at Lou Wei. “You’re awake.”

Lou Wei opened his eyes and the tiny little Wen Fan on the screen. It took him a while to clear his head from sleepiness before he replied Wen Fan a ‘yeah’. He sat upright and held the phone in his hand as he sat with his back leaning against the headboard. The man who just woke up looked more gentle than usual. 

Even his tone was a lot more gentle as he spoke. “Today we’re going to An Qiao.”

Wen Fan was stunned. “An Qiao University?”

Lou Wei nodded. “To attend a meeting.”

A meeting at the university? Wen Fan couldn’t help but wonder what sort of meeting could it be.

While he was still pondering, he heard Lou Wei say, “The progress of the sound source , we still have 20% yet to go.”

Still left 20%…

Wen Fan scratched his head. “Does that mean…it’s still no good?”

His face was emotionless, but the tail behind him stopped moving.

Wen Fan didn’t notice it but Lou Wei saw it instantly. He hesitated for two seconds and didn’t say what he had in mind initially. “The missing tones were not really that important. But when they were picked as the selected tones, it is possible that it would sound too electronic. But it won’t affect the ability to speak.”

As soon as he finished his words, he saw the tail behind the tiny man immediately stood up in a ‘whoosh’, wagging up and down very quickly. 

–like a little puppy who saw its owner.

Lou Wei continued to say, “I’ll merge them again in the next few days and the sound source should be more or less ready.”

Wen Fan nodded his head eagerly. He felt that this was the best news that he’d heard in these few days!

It was still ok to be unable to talk for one or two days. But as time went by, it could make a person insane. He could hardly wait for the day where he would be able to hear his own voice!

The penguin behind him who just woke up also heard the good news. It sensed Wen Fan’s happiness and drew out a suona from its *ss and stuffed it in its mouth and blew it with all its might. Colorful fireworks appeared behind it.

The sharp noise emitted by the suona and the colourful fireworks was heard from the mobile phone’s speaker. It pierced through the two person’s eardrums instantly and Lou Wei couldn’t help but twitched his eyebrow.

Wen Fan who was still a little sleepy suddenly became fully awake. It seemed as though someone had showered a bucket of cold water on him and he was now very awake.

Before he had the chance to stop the penguin, the sound of the suona changed and was replaced by the familiar and upbeat ‘Xiao Bai Nian’ song. (T/N: Xiao Bai Nian is one of the classic chinese new year songs.)

The red bird from ‘Nation’s K Song’ held a golden microphone and started singing, “It’s New Year in the first day of the first month~, first day of the chinese new year~every household reunited~ the young ones visit the elders~ regardless its male or female~ hey oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh…”

Wen Fan, “.”

Because Lou Wei had something to do at An Qiao University today, he deliberately turned up the alarm’s volume so that he wouldn’t miss the alarm. Hence, the entire room was echoed with the little red bird’s clear and crisp voice. Wen Fan suddenly quivered and he felt as if his ears were about to burst.

Just when Lou Wei was about to turn down the volume, the both of them saw the kangaroo from ‘Mei Tuan.com’ who was awoken by the noise clenched its fists in fury. It drew out a white cover book from ‘JJWXC.net’ from the green color APP shelf and threw it on the red bird’s face.

The book was bigger than the red bird. It made the red bird tumble four and a half times in mid air before slamming against the mobile screen. Its mouth was foaming as it slided down along the mobile screen, laying on the bottom of the desktop.

Before the kangaroo could deal with the penguin, one of the Gods from ‘Onmyouji’ that Lou Xia downloaded previously raised his white umbrella as it dashed out. He roared, ““私たちに力を貸して！Lend me your strength!” He made a longitudinal cut toward the suona that the penguin was holding and it instantly split it into two.   .
