Young Brother-in-law Is Now My Husband

In the evening, Lu Mansion...

The Jiang family arrived at the Lu Mansion. As they stepped out of the cars, Lu Jinhai welcomed them at the entrance as he waited to greet his friend personally. 

Lu Jinhai hugged Jiang Peizhi, and both looked overloaded with happiness while others felt the same.

Lu Jinhai and Jiang Peizhi were childhood best friends as they were from the same ancestral town. 

When Lu Jinhai was planning for his business, Jiang Peizhi was busy with his higher education. Both worked hard to make their dreams come true, and both were happy for each other. 

Jiang Peizhi's father passed away when he was just six years old. His mother, Wen Zhu, alone raised him and did her best to provide him with everything he needed. As Jiang Peizhi didn't have a promising background, he always wanted to become a successful man whom everyone will recognize.

Elder Lu Huan treated his mother as his own sister and helped her whenever she faced any trouble.

When Jiang Peizhi was in the university, Lu Jinhai helped him financially though Jiang Peizhi always tried to refuse every time because he was able to fulfill his needs with the money he was earning through his part-time job.

Jiang Peizhi was a high ranking government official. He was in a foreign affairs department, so he spent his life traveling in different countries. He married his University friend Mo Ruolan who was the daughter of one of the wealthy families in the city. 

Mo Ruolan's Family opposed their marriage initially as Jiang Peizhi didn't have a promising background, but they agreed later because of the stubbornness of Mo Ruolan.

Jiang Peizhi had to travel to different countries and stayed there for a few years, so he decided to settle his family. It was hard for his family to travel along because of his children's education. 

Finally, they decided to settle in the USA, and after the death of Jiang Peizhi's mother, they hardly came to China until and unless it was an important matter. Though these two friends were far away from each other, they never forgot to keep in touch.

Everyone entered into the living room, where elders greeted them. Lu Chen's family was not present there as they went to their ancestral town. Lu Chen needed to help his son with a few business problems, and Su Hui went there to meet her relatives. 

Everyone was busy greeting each other happily just then a black Maybach parked in front of the Lu mansion door, and Lu Qiang stepped out of the car. 

He was wearing his black business suit, the buttons of his jacket left open that gave a full view of his white shirt, which perfectly fitted to his toned body. 

He walked inside with his left hand tucked in his pants pocket, and another hand was busy holding his cellphone on which he was checking something. 

As Lu Qiang entered, he saw his family and the Jiang family standing in the hall near the sofa, looking in his direction. Smiling a little, he went to greet them as his sight passed across Jiang Yuyan, but he reacted naturally and smiled at Jiang siblings with a slight nod as if saying hello. 

Greeting everyone, Lu Qiang excused himself to get fresh and went upstairs to his room.

When Jiang Yuyan saw him, she felt a little uncomfortable, but she couldn't deny that it was difficult to move her sight from this Greek god-like looking man. 

Sitting on the sofa, elders were busy with their talk, and these siblings' were busy with their bickering.

The siblings sat quite far from everyone at the other corner of the enormous sofa, leaving elders to their chatting session.

"I thought you would start drooling when you saw him," Jiang Yang teased in a shallow voice. 

Jiang Yuyan exclaimed, "Nonsense!"

As her brother gave her a doubtful look, she explained.

"I...I was just thinking about why all the businessmen always wear the same black suit? Why they have only two colors, black and white in their life? Don't they get bored? I am sure his wardrobe must be full of thousands of white shirts and black suits. So Boring." She said while looking in the direction where Lu Qiang went upstairs.

"Then make his life colorful, Ms. Painter," came another teasing reply from the brother that the sister ignored.

Just like this, some time passed by, and Lu Qiang came downstairs. As Jiang Yuyan was sitting exactly opposite the staircase's direction, she saw him coming downstairs. 

He was wearing a half-sleeved white cotton shirt and white pants, his hair set neatly but looked quite damp. In white clothes, Lu Qiang's entire persona looked radiant and attractive. 

Unknowingly, Jiang Yuyan continued looking at him; just then, his sight moved in her direction as the corners of his lips curved up, seeing how she looked at him as if she was hypnotized.

Gating out of the daze, Jiang Yuyan averted her sight and gulped as she suddenly felt her throat went dry, but the next moment she regretted it. 

Unfortunately, where she looked next was the direction where her brother sat just beside her at her left side. Just like Lu Qiang, her brother too welcomed her sight with a teasing smile. 

She sat at the corner seat of the short side of a rectangular sofa where three people could sit comfortably, and her brother sat just beside her at the long side of the sofa, which was perpendicular to her side. It was easy for him to notice all her movements from there while sitting close to her.

Her expressions changed as her brother caught her red-handed. She felt nervous because of these two men in her sight.

When Lu Qiang reached to the sofa, he observed where to sit. He didn't think much and sat beside Jiang Yuyan, leaving the space between them for one person to sit. Now her heart was almost into her throat.
