Peak Ruthlessness

Datou and Han Dong were so scared that they did not dare say anything. Datou was relatively fine; after all, it was Han Dong’s first time accompanying Lu Feng through the competition.

Mad Dog’s personality was arrogant, and fighting was a common occurrence. Lu Feng did not know anyone and rushed to look for him. He still looked like he was bullsh*ting and was afraid of getting beaten to a pulp.

The woman walked down and said, “Brother Dog wants you to go up.”

Inside was a mahjong table where four people were playing the game. A man with long hair sat opposite him. He had an unruly expression and asked, “Didn’t you just say that someone was looking for me?”

Lu Feng walked up and said,” I’m looking for you!”

Brother Dog raised his head and stared at Lu Feng. He sized him up and sneered,

“Do you think you’re my f*cking brother?”

“Hahahaha!”

“It’s the first time I’ve seen someone so idiotic.” The boys nearby commented.

“I’m happy today, so I’ll give you two choices: First, kneel and kowtow to make everyone happy. Second, I’ll slap you.” Mad Dog casually said.

“I chose the third choice to become your big brother!” Lu Feng took out 300 dollars from his bag and threw it on the table.

“What the f*ck do you think I am? A beggar?” Brother Dog looked at the money angrily and pointed at Lu Feng. “Do you think that I can’t kill you?”

Datou and Han Dong stood outside the door. When they saw this scene, their palms were covered in sweat. If there was a disagreement, they were no match for the opponent.

Lu Feng took out another thousand dollars from his bag and threw it on the table.

Even though Brother Dog was doing well, he still had his eyes wide open, seeing so much money; however, it was hard for him to say anything with his subordinates watching.

Lu Feng read the silence, took out seven hundred, and threw them on the table. He said,” I’ll make it up to you!”

Brother Gou stood up and looked at Lu Feng with a friendly expression.” Brother, how should I address you? Little brother? don’t be ridiculous!”

Brother Dog had been in this line of business for many years and understood one thing very clearly. He did not want to offend rich people. These rich people had a complicated relationship, and even a lousy greeting could kill him.

Although he had never seen Lu Feng before, he was not a common entity.

“In public, Brother Feng!” Lu Feng sat down in his chair and looked at Mad Dog. ” I just want to ask you something. Who smashed my factory today?”

“Did Brother Feng’s factory get smashed?” Mad Dog looked around and asked, “Have you heard of someone smashing a factory?”

“Brother Dog, I heard that someone from four monkeys took a job and smashed a cannery!”

Everyone was mumbling about the Four Monkeys. There were seven or eight people on the other side of the street, and they had just made a name for themselves recently.

Lu Feng’s matter could be considered a show of power.

“Brother, this person has already bullied my brother. Can you continue to watch out for us?” Lu Feng stared at Mad Dog and said,” I’m very loyal to my brothers. If you don’t mistreat me, I will treat you well, understand?”

Mad Dog led more than a dozen people on a motorcycle towards the suburbs. The battle was one-sided. In less than ten minutes, four monkeys were lying on the ground.

“Brother Feng, it’s him!” Datou shouted.

The member of the four monkeys looked at Lu Feng and understood. He hurriedly said,” Don’t hit me. It’s someone named Wu Hongyu who gave me 50 dollars to smash your canning workshop.”

Lu Feng initially thought it was Ren Qianbo, but he did not expect him to wear white gloves1!

“I was wrong. Please forgive me. I know my mistake now.” The four monkeys’ member begged.

“I know. You’re young and don’t know anything about it; besides, I know who the person who attacked me was. Even if it weren’t for you, he still had to find five monkeys and six pigs.” Lu Feng said calmly. 

“You’re right. I won’t dare to touch your factory no matter how much others pay me in the future.”

The four monkeys repeatedly promised. Lu Feng nodded and smiled. He stood up and said to Mad Dog,” Break his legs!”

Mad Dog was stunned for a moment. He did not expect the smiling Lu Feng to blurt such cruel words. Even he could not react.

Tonight, Lu Feng wanted to show off his power to these bastards so that Ren Qianbo wouldn’t get used to this move. Next time, he won’t order them around as they would break one of his legs to avoid future trouble.

This was the first time that Datou and Han Dong witnessed Lu Feng’s ruthlessness. Han Dong could sense that Lu Feng was not someone who acted impulsively. Everything he did, he had his interests to consider. He did whatever he wanted, to earn. There was no fear or hesitation.

It would be difficult for a person who was so calm and focused on his interests not to succeed. But if he were too ruthless, like a cold-blooded animal, those who were useless to him would be abandoned.

A high-pitched scream rang out in the night sky. Many people shivered in fear. Lu Feng took out 2,000 dollars from his bag and placed it in Mad Dog’s hand. He said softly, “Thank you, Brother Dog.”

“You’re welcome. If there’s anything you need in the future, Brother Feng, please don’t hesitate to ask.” Mad Dog looked at the money in his hand. The more Lu Feng gave, the higher Mad Dog estimated the status of the other party to be.

Jiang Xiaoyan looked at the clock on the wall, anxious. The sleeping little girl was in her arms; afraid something might happen to her.

She put Duo Duo on the bed. She did not plan to wait any longer. She was about to go out when Lu Feng’s voice rang out from outside the door, “Open the door!”

Jiang Xiaoyan opened the door. She had been worried for the entire night, seeing him return unharmed; she could not hold back her emotions and threw herself into his arms.

Lu Feng was stunned by this sudden hug. He hurried into the room and closed the door.” What’s wrong?”

“You scared me to death. I didn’t hear from you for so long.” As Jiang Xiaoyan spoke, tears streamed down her cheeks.

“Don’t cry!” Lu Feng wiped her tears and felt astonished. Now that he didn’t hit her, he felt like she was crying more than before.

“Is the workshop okay?” Jiang Xiaoyan asked, about to sob.

Lu Feng explained that night’s events to Jiang Xiaoyan; She was scared silly. After a long while, she shouted, “Did you break someone’s leg?”

“If I don’t teach him a lesson, he’ll never stop in the future. It’ll be like knocking on a mountain for shaking a tiger. By the way, I’m going to set up a factory officially. I’ll pay the workers tomorrow and start construction of a new factory.”

Lu Feng looked at Jiang Xiaoyan with certainty. 

However, there was only one thing left in Jiang Xiaoyan’s mind. He had broken someone’s legs. Ever since he started doing business, she had been on edge every day.

She was just a young woman. She wanted to live her own life, but she did not want to be on edge at all times.
She looked at Lu Feng and said, “The child needs her father. We’re not doing it anymore, okay? We’ve earned money that not many can earn in their lifetime.”
